He was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Lincoln Park, and a member of its choir.

She was a former treasurer of the North Haledon Coin and Stamp Club and a member of the Del Debs Woman's Club.
She also was a member of the AARP and the Seniors of St. Paul R.C. Church, both in Haledon.
