Before retiring, he owned a sales promotion company in Ridgewood and New York City.

She was a member of Old Paramus Reformed Church, where she was a deacon, a Woman's Guild member, and a volunteer in the church office.

ROBERT FISCHER, 64, of Tenafly died Friday.
He was born in Austria and came to the United States 56 years ago. A psychiatrist, he was director of the psychiatric outpatient program at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, where he worked for 35 years.
He was past president of the North Jersey Psychiatric Society and served as medical director of the Community Center of Mental Health.

FRANCES E. FLANNERY, 71, of Newtown, Pa., formerly of West Milford, died Thursday.
She had been a registered nurse for the Passaic County Department of Social Services.
She was a graduate of the College of Mount St. Vincent in the Bronx.
She had been a member of the West Milford Garden Club.

ROY P. GALOPE, 28, of Bergenfield died Friday.

Before retiring in 1986, she was a technician for the U.S. Postal Service in South Hackensack, where she worked for 20 years.

He was a member of the New Jersey chapter of the Telephone Pioneers of America and the Maguire Senior Center in Northvale.

Born in Cuba, he came to the United States in 1961.

He had served as U.S. State Department vice counselor in Havana from 1941 to 1960.
He was a member of the National Republican Club.
