He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a former member of the Second Reformed Church, Wyckoff, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Stuart, Fla. GEORGE A. SUTHERLAND, 70, of Ramsey died Saturday. Before retiring in 1990, he worked for the U.S. Postal Service, Paterson. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. John Episcopal Church, Ramsey. Arrangements: Van Emburgh-Sneider Funeral Home, Ramsey.

CATHERINE T. TOBIN, 76, of Emerson, formerly of Dumont, died Friday. Before retiring in 1995, she was a clerical worker for the Prudent Publishing Co., Ridgefield Park.
