He was a parishioner of St. Mary R.C. Church, Passaic, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society.
He was a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokol, Assembly 1 of Passaic; the Exempt Fireman's Association, and the Emergency Squad, Wallington.
He was a former member of Hose Company 2, the Volunteer Fire Department, the Bowling League, and a former coach of the Little League, all in Wallington.

She was a 1941 graduate of New York University and a graduate of St. Vincent's Hospital Nursing School, both in New York City.
