ELIAS J. DELAHANTY, 81, of Tenafly died Wednesday. Before retiring in 1972, he was a manager and supervisor for Arnold Constable Retail Department Store, Hackensack, where he worked for 27 years. Previously, he was building supervisor for the General Services Administration of Bergen County, where he worked for 17 years. He was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck.
