PEDLOW, ELIZABETH
(nee Graham) “Betty” as she was known to loved ones, age 85, went to be with the Lord and her beloved husband, the late Richard C. Pedlow, on Oct. 6, 2007. She had lived for more than 20 years in the Fawn Lakes section of Manahawkin, NJ. Betty was raised in Fairview/Camden and graduated from Woodrow Wilson HS. Before moving to Fawn Lakes, she resided in Hainesport, NJ and worked as an admitting clerk in the Emergency Dept. at Virtua Mt. Holly Hospital. She also worked in the same position at Southern Ocean County Hospital in Manahawkin. She is survived by her sister, Glenda Roesberg of Cherry Hill, NJ, her nephews, James Roesberg (Cristina) of Washington Twp. and William Roesberg (Chris) of Cherry Hill, 7 great nieces and nephews, Austin, Anthony, Gia, Ricky, Brittany, Billy and John, her dear friend, Jane Rittenour of Manahawkin and several cousins. Family and friends are invited to Betty’s Graveside Service, Friday, 1:30 PM, at Lakeview Memorial Park, Rt. 130, Cinnaminson, NJ. Moeller, Jane
(nee Duffy) On October 5, 2007, age 92, of Haddonfield and the beloved wife of the late Horace G. Loving mother to her daughter, Margaret M. Hayes and husband the Rev. William Hayes of Wisconsin, her daughter, Marjorie M. Groeling and her husband James, of Haddonfield, and her son, Matthew D. Moeller and his wife Lydia B., of Haddonfield. Also survived by her sister, Mary Atkinson, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Moeller enjoyed traveling, the seashore, gardening, but most of all she cherished being with her children, grandchildren and the rest of her family. She was a very gracious and kind individual who was admired and well liked by those who knew her. Mrs. Moeller’s family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM at Kain-Murphy Funeral Home, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield. Services will follow Wednesday morning at 11AM in the Sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church, 20 E. Kings Hwy., Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Interment private. Stanbach, Harry B.
On October 3, 2007, age 91, a Haddonfield resident for over 58 years and husband of the late Muriel E. (nee Harrison). Mr. Stanbach is survived by his daughter, Charlotte S., 1 son, Bruce E., both of Haddonfield, 2 nephews, William and Robert Stanbach, a niece, Patricia Pierce, and his devoted companion, Helene Alles, also of Haddonfield. Mr. Stanbach served in the US Army during WWII, retired from Texaco in Westville after 30 years of service, had been a member of the Haddonfield 65 Club for the past 26 years and was an avid golfer and bowler. His family will receive friends Saturday morning after 9AM at Kain-Murphy Funeral Home, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield. Services will follow at 10 AM. MOOS, MARGARET G.
(nee Chew) On Sept. 24, 2007, age 90, of The Fountains at Cedar Parke, formerly a longtime resident of Westmont, beloved wife of Harry A. and grandmother of the late Shawna Ryan. Also survived by her daughter, Margaret Jane Ryan (Michael) of Southampton, 2 grandchildren, Leah Rieser (Bill), and Christopher Ryan and 3 great grandchildren, Nicholas, Collin and Ryan. Krier, David D.
On September 23, 2007, age 54, of Cinnaminson, formerly of Haddonfield, the beloved husband of Mary (nee Cusack) and the loving father of Michael David and Chelsea Ellen Krier. Also survived by his father, Theodore, of Haddonfield, 3 brothers, James, of Cherryville, NC, Scott, of Charlotte, NC and Steven, of Doylestown, PA, and 1 sister, Nancy Tsakiris, of Farmingdale, NJ. Russell, Robert E.
On September 22, 2007, age 90, of Cherry Hill, formerly of Haddonfield for over 57 years, the loving husband of the late Jean (nee Williams) and dear father of Elisabeth (Lisa) R. Turner and her husband William Russell Turner, of Haddonfield and 4 grandchildren, David and Daniel Eastwick and Jennifer Rosa (Jim) and Alex Turner. Mr. Russell was a graduate of Audubon HS, Friends Central and Franklin & Marshall College. Following college he served in the Army Air Corps in N. Africa during WWII followed by the Korean War. His career in accounting spanned 35 years for RCA in Camden. Additionally, he had been a member of Tavistock Country Club and the Haddonfield Lions Club. Services will be private. Mr. Russell’s family would like to express their special thanks to the staff at Cadbury Health Care Center for their care and kindness.
Farrington, Margaret
(nee Hartel) On Sept. 17, 2007, age 100. A 97-year resident of Haddonfield, Mrs. Farrington has spent the last 5 years residing in Reading, PA. She was the wife of the late Ernest A., formerly the Mayor of Haddonfield. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Farrington-McWilliams (Donald P.) of Reading, PA, 5 grandchildren, Kevin Phaup, Scott Haslip, J. Christopher Haslip, Kate Meadows, and Brian Haslip, 7 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Farrington was active in the Haddonfield Community. She had been the oldest member of the Haddonfield Public Library and the 1st Baptist Church of Haddonfield, an honorary member of the Haddon Fire Co #1, and a member of Tavistock Country Club for 35 years. Mrs. Farrington received two honors from the Rotary Club; The Paul Harris Award and The Community Award. She received the Millennium Award from Bancroft School. She also received The Peter Ryder Medal for Athletics from Drexel University and was inducted in to the Haddonfield Memorial HS Athletic Hall of Fame.
Mrs. Farrington’s family will receive friends on Thurs. evening from 7-9PM at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield. Her Service will be held on Friday morning at 11AM, in the Sanctuary of the Haddonfield Baptist Church, 124 E. Kings Hwy, Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Interment, Colestown Cem., Cherry Hill.
