June L. Hammer (nee Lundquist) Passed away on Friday, February 2, 2007, in Berlin, NJ, age 87yrs.
A Memorial Service will be held at a future date at Union Park Methodist Church, Des Moines, Iowa, of which she was a member for over 50yrs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hammer.
June was born in Albert City, Iowa on June 5, 1919. She lived in Des Moines all but the last 5 years, which she spent in New Jersey. She was admired for her love of her family, church and volunteer work and her radiant smile.
June is survived by her daughters, Dee Linda Allen and husband, Randy, of Medford, NJ, Carol Garber and husband, Frank, of North Oaks, MN; her son, Herbert Hammer and wife, Vicki, of Chandler, AZ; seven grandchildren, Todd and wife, Carrie, Matthew, Tory, Lute, Joshua, Levi and Elizabeth; and great granddaughter, Emily.

He is also survived by his step-grandchildren, Amanda Kopp and Sean OGrady, as well as Beatrice Wiegand, the mother of his 2 sons.
Chuck proudly served his country in the US Coast Guard. He was a disabled, retired electrician of IBEW Local 380 in Collegeville, PA.
