She was a longtime summer resident of Long Beach Island. Claire was involved with the Red Cross & the blood bank. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, & ran the Sunshine Club in Allenwood Mobile Estates. She was active in the Allenwood Residents Committee for 9 years. Claire enjoyed bowling, and was a member of area bowling teams. Wife of the late Robert C. Giunta; she is survived by her son, William J. Giunta of Tabernacle; 2 daughters, Lois Plasket of Mt. Laurel, & Patricia Fowler of Mt. Laurel; 3 sisters, Virginia Furnace, Gerry Clark, & Lorraine Taylor; 6 grandchildren, & 11 great grandchildren. Born and raised in Bloomfield, NJ, he resided in Shamong for 25 years and subsequently moved to Southampton. Richard earned honors as an All State football player while at Bloomfield High School. He was a US Army veteran during WWII. Mr. Gorman was an avid sports enthusiast, never missing a football or basketball game of his Shawnee High School Renegades. Son of the late Gordon and Margaret Gorman, his siblings, Bernadette, Buddy, Peggy and Thomas; he is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Peggy; one daughter, Peggy Gorman; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Patrick Gorman and Michael and Jeri Gorman; two grandchildren, Meghan Gorman; and Ryan Gorman and his wife Yvonne; two cousins, Robert and Joan Gorman; one niece and nephew, Bernadette Durazzo and Richard Flanagan, along with many other dear relatives and warm friendships. Mr. Hart was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the 7th Infantry Division in the Korean War. His avocation was in the field of Herpetology, which earned him a grant to study in Europe. Ed was made a member of Sigma Xi in 1975, a society for the promotion of research in the scientific field. After his retirement from the art field, he continued his studies and research at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia. Ed was a gentle, curious man who helped contribute knowledge in the field of science. Son of the late Edmond and Mary Malnate; father of the late Edmond A. Malnate; he is survived by his wife Georgette A. Malnate; and other close friends and neighbors.
