MICHAEL PAUL ZUR, 16, of South River, formerly of Sayreville, died April 4 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was an 11th-grade student at South River High School, where he was a member of the junior varsity baseball team and the French club. Surviving are his parents, Michael and Christine Radice Zur of South River; a sister, Ann Marie Zur of South River; his maternal grandparents, Paul and Angela Radice of South Plainfield; an uncle; and two aunts. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Interment
was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.
ROCHELLE C. FACTOR GEIGER, 55, of Edison died April 7 in Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. Surviving are her husband, Keith Geiger; a son, Eric Silverman of the Somerset section of Franklin; a stepson, Matthew Geiger of Mount Holly; two stepdaughters, Sara Geiger and Jenna Geiger, both of Mount Laurel; her father, Oscar Factor of Edison; and a brother, Stuart Factor of East Brunswick. Services are planned for 10 a.m. on April 12 at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment

CHRISTOPHER J. KAMMERER, 27, of Richford, N.Y., formerly of East Brunswick, died April 2 at home. Surviving are his parents, Gene W. and Janet Kababick Kammerer of East Brunswick; two brothers, Gene of East Brunswick and Scott of Lewes, Del.; his maternal grandmother, Mary Kababick of Spotswood; his paternal grandparents, Pauline Kammerer and the Rev. Raymond Taylor of Hobe Sound, Fla.; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his close friend, Jane Seymour. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment
was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
ELI "BUD" MERRICK LEONARD, 77, of Milltown died April 2 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Frances Marks Leonard; a daughter, Nancy Leonard of Spotswood; a brother, Robert M. Leonard of Newport News, Va.; and two nephews. Arrangements were under the direction of Eckman Funeral Home, Spotswood.
CLARA LENT SCHUHLEIN-ZAVREL, 86, of Helmetta died April 5 at home. Her husband, Edward Schuhlein, died in 1977. Surviving are two sons, Edward Schuhlein of Boynton Beach, Fla., and Warren Schuhlein of Cudjo Key, Fla.; a daughter, Carolyn Gruetze of Helmetta; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. NICHOLAS BRESCIA, 95, of Jersey City died March 28 in the Madison Genesis Center, Jersey City. His wife, Genevieve Brescia, died in 1998. Surviving are a son, N. Thomas of Old Bridge; two daughters, Diane Marie of Montreal, Canada, and Janet of the Parlin section of Sayreville; a brother, Joseph of Clifton; a sister, Mary Rone of Bayonne; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Our Lady of Victories Church, Jersey City. Interment
was in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
ISSA A. DABIT, 55, of Sayreville died March 27 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, C. Ann Farah Dabit; a daughter, Linda Dabit of Sayreville; two sons, Charles and Chaddy Dabit, both of Sayreville; four sisters, Juliet Owais, Violet Sidawi and Nadia Emssiah, all of Jordan, and Eman Zinatti of Hillside; and two brothers, Zoheir Dabit of Jersey City and Elia Dabit of Scotch Plains. A service was held at Sayre Woods Bible Church, Old Bridge. Interment
was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.
JOSEPH FRANK GOLASZEWSKI, 71, of Sayreville died April 1 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Eleanor Thom Golaszewski; two daughters, Carol Golaszewski of Sayreville and Donna Butler of the Parlin section of Sayreville; a son, Joseph of the Whiting section of Manchester; a brother, Milton Golaszewski of South Plainfield; a sister, Joyce Poddig of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren. A service is planned for 11 a.m. on April 5 at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Interment
will follow in the church cemetery.
LAURICE KAMEL IBRAHIM, 68, of South Amboy died March 27 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are her husband, John Ibrahim; a daughter, Hanan Ibrahim of South Amboy; and two sons, Dr. Ihab Ibrahim of Sayreville and Ashraf Ibrahim of South Amboy. Services were held at St. Mary’s Coptic Orthodox Church, East Brunswick. Entombment was in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, South Amboy.
