BLANCHE SANDOR LUCO, 88, formerly of Sayreville, died Feb. 16 in Park Place Care Center, South Brunswick. Her husband, Stephen J. Luco, died in 1963, and a daughter, Ruth Swider, died in 1988. Surviving are a son, Stephen J. Luco of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick; a daughter, Joan Conover Wysinski of Piscataway; a brother, Harry Sandor of California; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Interment
was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.
WALTER W. NEEDHAM, 71, of the Parlin section of Sayreville died Feb. 13 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. His wife, Marie Espiniera Needham, died in 1990; a son, Michael D. Needham, died in 1981; and another son, James L. Needham, died in 1986. Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Ruth of Old Saybrook, Conn., and Kathleen Piscitelli of Milltown; and four grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Bernadette’s Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Interment

PAUL W. PESETSKY of Sayreville died Feb. 15 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are his wife, Frances O’Such Pesetsky; a brother, Dr. Fred Pesetsky of Jackson, Mich.; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Entombment was in Holy Cross Mausoleum, South Brunswick.
STEPHANIE "STELLA" SADOWSKI, 94, of Sayreville died Feb. 16 in Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Her husband, Bronislaus, died in 1965. Surviving are a daughter, Annette Shorosky of Absecon; a son, Joseph Sadowski of Sayreville; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A Mass is planned for 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 21 at St. Stanislaus Church, Sayreville. Interment
will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sayreville Emergency Squad or to St. Stanislaus School.
SHARON BLUMBERG, 51, of Old Bridge died Jan. 31 at home. Surviving are her husband, Dr. Gerald Blumberg; a son, Adam Blumberg, and a daughter, Marni Blumberg, both at home; a brother, Lenny Newmeyer of Freehold; and a sister, Robin Newborn of Florida. Arrangements were under the direction of Waitt-Nelms Funeral Home, Morganville section of Marlboro. Cremation was private.
FRANK L. CHADWICK, 96, of South River died Feb. 15 in Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He founded Thomas and Chadwick Inc., Sayreville, with his friend, Julius "Jay" Thomas, in 1932. In 1955 he purchased the Riverside Coal and Oil Co., Sayreville, which his family continues to operate as Riverside Supply Co., and where he remained active until his death. He served as a director and chairman of the board of Pulawski Savings and Loan and then Pulse Savings Bank, both South River. He was a past director of public works in South River. His first wife, Stella Surman Chadwick, died in 1952; his second wife, James Magiera, died in 1995; and a granddaughter, Roseanne Mangano, died in 2001. Surviving are two sons, Frank J. of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Joseph of South River; two daughters, Theresa Doktorski of East Brunswick and MaryAnn Steiner of Sayreville; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church, South River. Interment
was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church Restoration Fund for the 100th anniversary of the parish in 2003.
MARTHA WINKLER JURASKA DAY, 82, of Old Bridge, formerly of Spotswood, died Feb. 10 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her first husband, Andrew Juraska, died in 1988, and her second husband, Leonard Day, died in 1991. Surviving are two daughters, Judith Lena of Monroe and Andrea Linke of Meredith, N.H.; three sons, Charles Juraska of Old Bridge, Paul Juraska of Monroe and Andrew Juraska of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a brother, Edward Winkler of the Brick Town section of Brick; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
THEODORE RIABEC, 83, of Cranbury, formerly of Sayreville, died Feb. 13 in The Elms of Cranbury. His wife, Antonia Mezner Riabec, died in 1980. Surviving are two daughters, Clyshia Dolores Riabec-Djurkovich of Sante Fe, N.M., and Mary Lardieri of Sayreville; five grandchildren; and several family members in Ukraine. Interment
was in Rosehill Cemetery, Linden.
CARMEN A. RIZZO, 77, of the Laurence Harbor section of Old Bridge died Feb. 14 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are his wife, Valyrie Peterson Rizzo; two sons, Mark Rizzo of Asbury Park and Nicholas Metallo of Old Bridge; three daughters, Valyrie Satorski of Sayreville, Denise Krawczyk of Milltown and Cheryl Ann Ford of Aberdeen; two brothers, Toby Rizzo of Spain and Al Rizzo of California; a sister, Lillian Lasher of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. ADA ANN SLINGER WEBER, 69, of East Brunswick died Feb. 12 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her husband, Joseph Weber, died in 1998. Surviving are three sons, Joseph Weber Jr. of Chicago, Arthur Weber of Brush, Colo., and John Weber of East Brunswick; four daughters, Ann "Sissy" Weber-Rodriguez and Mary Lesko, both of Jackson, Madeline Ebinger of Manalapan and Patricia Dill of Hightstown; and 13 grandchildren.
