RALPH J. MULLER, 68, of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge died Jan. 15 in JFK Medical Center, Edison. A grandson, Julio Angarita, died in 1999. Surviving are his wife, Ann Abel Muller; two sons, Edwin Muller of Albany, N.Y., and Joseph Muller of Cliffwood Beach; two daughters, Linda Nelson of Highland, N.Y., and Laura Booth of Edison; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services were held at Day Funeral Home, Keyport. Cremation was private.
ANDREW F. PLEWA, 86, of Sayreville died Jan. 16 at home. Surviving are his wife, Julia Dominick Plewa; two daughters, Judyann Kowalski of the Titusville section of Hopewell and Debbie Rodia of Hamilton; a son, Gary Plewa of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick; three sisters, Mary Kozinski of Chicago and Rose Wickley and Irene Malik, both of South Amboy; two brothers, Stanley Plewa of Old Bridge and Walter Plewa of Tucson, Ariz.; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. A Mass was offered at St. Stanislaus Church, Sayreville. Interment

CECILIA CHRZAN ELLIS, 76, of South Amboy died Jan. 19 in Carriage House Manor, Sayreville. Her husband, Julius Ellis, died in 1972. Surviving are a sister, Josephine Ust of Sayreville; two brothers, Edward Chrzan of Sayreville and Arthur "Bobby" Chrzan of Middletown; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Interment
was in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin section of Sayreville.
ANNE B. FITZKE WHITWORTH, 93, of South Amboy died Jan. 18 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Her husband, Harry E. Whitworth, died in 1993. Surviving are two sons, Harry E. Whitworth III of the Blackwood section of Gloucester and Bernard J. Whitworth of the Lanoka Harbor section of Lacey; two daughters, Rita W. Urbanski of Fanwood and Lois M. Horvath of South Amboy; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Entombment was in the church mausoleum.
SANTO JOHN INTRAVARTOLO, 74, of Jamesburg died Jan. 17 in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, N.Y. A local businessman, he served as a Jamesburg Borough Council member for eight years during the 1970s. Surviving are his wife, Helen M. Nemeez Intravartolo; a son, John of Monroe; a daughter, Robin Yeager of Hillsborough; three sisters, Antoinette of Jamesburg, Rita Sutton of New Berlin, Wis., and Madeline Hart of Boynton Beach, Fla.; a brother, Dr. John of Kennewick, Wash.; a sister-in-law, Catherine Intravartolo of Jamesburg; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Funeral services are set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 24 at M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, Monroe. A funeral liturgy will be offered at 10 a.m. at St. James Church, Jamesburg. Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Mausoleum, South Brunswick. GREGORY W. YOCK, 35, of East Brunswick died Jan. 7. He was the owner/operator of Bilvic Trucking, Milltown. Surviving are his mother, Renee Yock of Mesa, Ariz.; his father and stepmother, William and Vicki Yock of Milltown; a brother, Michael Yock, also of Milltown; a stepbrother, Paul Corragio of Spotswood; a stepsister, Michele Jennings of Allentown; his paternal grandfather, William Yock of East Brunswick; four nieces; and his stepgrandmother, Rose Colabelli. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment

BERNARD "JAY" JANISH JR., 34, of Bordentown, formerly of Milltown, died Jan. 17 in Chester Township from injuries sustained in a hunting accident. Surviving are his wife, Katarina Collakova Janish; a son, Jake, at home; his parents, Bernard and Maryann Sanders Janish of Milltown; and two sisters, Deborah Maddison of Hayward, Calif., and Kathleen Mango of Alpharetta, Ga. A Mass is planned for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 23 at St. Bartholomew’s Church, East Brunswick. Interment
will follow in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a scholarship fund for the college education of Jake Janish.
RICHARD DIRLE, 50, of East Brunswick died Jan. 16 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Surviving are his companion, Walter Helmlinger; his mother, Patricia Flynn Dirle of McKeesport, Pa.; and four brothers, David and Scott, both of McKeesport, Tim of Albuquerque, N.M., and Chris of Virginia Beach, Va. A memorial service was held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
BEVERLY ESTOK SARKANY, 58, of Sayreville died Jan. 11 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was employed by the East Brunswick Board of Education for the past 20 years as a secretary in the attendance office at East Brunswick High School. Surviving are a son, Andrew Sarkany of Sayreville; a daughter, Jennie Grover of Allentown, Pa.; and her mother, Jennie Cygan Estok of Sayreville. A Mass is planned for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 16 at Our Lady of Victories Church, Sayreville. Interment

ANTHONY D. CAMMARATO, 54, of Old Bridge died Jan. 8 at home. He was employed as a special agent in charge with the Drug Enforcement Administration, Newark, where he worked for 20 years. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Walsh Cammarato; a sister, Annamarie Neidhofer of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and three nephews and two nieces. Services were held at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge.
