CONCETTINA "CEIL" DANIELS, 73, of Pinehurst, N.C., formerly of Red Bank, died Oct. 12 at First Health Moore Regional, Pinehurst, N.C. Born in Red Bank, she resided in Red Bank and Fayetteville, N.C., prior to moving to Pinehurst. She was a homemaker. She was a former communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, and a member of its St. Ann’s Society. She was a member of the Civil Service Patrol during World War II. She was a member and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Oakhurst. Her hobbies included watching the Knicks, of which she was an avid fan. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl A. Daniels Sr., in 1993; and her sister, Beatrice Degenring. She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, James J. and Loretta Cahill of Margate, Fla., and Carl A. Daniels Jr. of Raeford, N.C.; a daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Ted Bianchi of Allenwood; three brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Helen Vitrano of Howell, Nicholas and Gloria Vitrano of Tennessee, and Joseph and Pam Vitrano of Florida; and four grandchildren. BARBARA C. REUSS SCHEDLBAUER, 84, of Tinton Falls, died Aug. 11 at Blythe House, Tinton Falls. Born in Schenectady, N.Y., she previously lived in Red Bank and Fair Haven, and moved to Tinton Falls two years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of Church of the Nativity, Fair Haven. Her interests included spending time with her family, reading, exercise, bird watching and gardening. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles M. Schedlbauer, and three sisters, Marie, Betty, and Magdeline. She is survived by her son, Charles L. of Chatham; three daughters, Barbara A. Grimmer of Fair Haven, Melinda S. Johnson of Bayville, and Mary J. Anderson of Leawood, Kan.; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial

ROBERT R. TALHAMI, 40, of Shrewsbury perished Sept. 11 in the World Trade Center tragedy. He was an equity derivatives broker for Cantor Fitzgerald on the 104th floor, One World Trade Center, New York City. He was born in Pakistan and moved to the United States when he was 7. His family resided in Northbrook, Ill., and moved to Caracas, Venezuela in 1978. He graduated high school from Colegio Internacional de Caracas and attended Manhattanville College, Purchase, N.Y. He received his degree in economics from the University of Delaware, Newark. He worked on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for two years and as an options broker for Tullett & Tokyo Forex in New York, Tokyo and London for 12 years. He and his family relocated from London in April. A wonderful husband and father, he taught his two sons with infinite patience and good humor, imparting on both family and friends how to enjoy life. He will be missed by his wife and two sons, Diana ("DeDe"), Noah and Jake Talhami; his mother, Blanca Talhami of Sarasota, Fla.; his brother and sister-in-law, George and Marybeth, and their children, Trevor, Carly and Griffin Talhami of Chicago, Ill.; his mother-in-law, Carol Dailey of Yarmouthport, Mass.; his sister-in-law, Lynne Dailey of Brookline, Mass.; two brothers-in-law, Mark and his son Andrew Dailey, and Jeffrey Dailey and his family; and several loving aunts, uncles and cousins. SHEPARD L. ALEXANDER, 100, of Rumson died Sept. 12 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, after a short illness. He resided in both Rumson, and New York City. He was employed as a broker for Hamershlag, Kempner, Dodeles & Co. Inc., New York City, since 1930, continuing to serve until age 99. A graduate of Columbia College, New York City, he worked for its board of directors, was class chairman for the Columbia College Fund, and generously funded its Life Income Gifts Program. The 1991 recipient of the college’s John Jay Award for Distinguished Professional Achievement, he also created the Shepard L. Alexander Scholarship Fund. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patricia Alexander of Rumson; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Ann-Mari Alexander; his stepson, Paul Gayer; and a step-granddaughter. A memorial service was held at St. Paul’s Chapel of Columbia University, New York City.
KIAT HUAT YEO, 50, of Red Bank died Sept. 21 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was born in Malaysia, and relocated to the United States to pursue medical studies. He was a pulmonologist at the Medical Health Center, Middletown, since 1995. He was also on staff at Riverview Medical Center; Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune; Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch; and Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He was a member of both the American Medical Association and the American College of Chest Physicians. He was predeceased by his parents, Poh Tiang Yeo and Tuan Ching Lim. C. WALTON "WALT" MOORE, 89, of Little Silver died Sept. 14 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was a lifelong Little Silver resident. He was employed by J.H. Kelly Co., Red Bank, for 33 years, retiring in 1982. An avid gardener, he was employed by Sickles Farm Market, Little Silver, during his teen-age years. He was named grand marshal of the Little Silver 75th Anniversary parade. He was predeceased by two sisters, Harriet Moore and Mildred Moore. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Moore of Little Silver; his son, Larry Moore of Little Silver; his brother-in-law, Warren Minton; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
