FRANCIS P. "FRANK" HEMBERGER SR., 62, of Middletown died June 11 at home. Born in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, he was a lifelong resident of Middletown Township. He was the owner and operator of Jersey Shore Graphics, Belford section of Middletown, for 25 years. He was a communicant of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown. He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Middletown Lions Club, and an avid tennis player and fisherman. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Serene Tarantino Hemberger of Middletown; his son and daughter-in-law, Frank P. and Tracey Hemberger Jr. of the Leonardo section of Middletown; his daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Carl Wehnke of Middletown; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, William and Margaret Hemberger of Middletown, Joseph Hemberger of Port Monmouth, and Robert and Lorraine Hemberger of California; and four grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
LILABY "DANNY" WARREN, 63, of Manalapan died June 11 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Long Branch, he was a lifelong resident of Manalapan. Mr. Warren was a financial analyst for IBM, Dayton, where he was employed for 28 years before his retirement 10 years ago. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a member of Faith Fellowship Ministries, Sayreville. He was a licensed mentor for the mentor Network of New Jersey and a member of the Walter J. Conley Elks Lodge No. 1379, Freehold. Mr. Warren is survived by his wife, Diane Ryols Warren; a son, Darrand Ryols of Lakewood; a daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Gregory Galloway of Cheltenham, Md.; a sister, Rosetta Vaughn of Cliffwood Beach; and four grandchildren. The viewing and services were held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Freehold, followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold Township.
RICHARD AIDUKAS, 56, of the West Keansburg section of Hazlet, died June 12 at home. Born in Bayonne, he resided in West Keansburg for the past five years. He was the owner and operator of The Alarm Doctor of West Keansburg for the past 30 years. He was a communicant of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown. He served with the U.S. Army as a military policeman. He was predeceased by his father, Edward Aidukas. He is survived by his wife of two years, Linda Anderson Aidukas of West Keansburg; two sons, Richard Aidukas of Hazlet, and Scott Aidukas of Oldsmar, Fla.; his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Erin Aidukas of Bayonne; and his stepmother, Anna Aidukas of Bayonne. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth.
GENEVIEVE BECKER YOUNG, 81, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, died June 13 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., she had lived in Newark before moving to Port Monmouth 33 years ago. Mrs. Young was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Young, in 1972; and a daughter, Genevieve Tamarato, in 1982. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Alan and Rose Marie Young of Manalapan, and Kevin and Donna Young of Jackson; four daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and William August of Port Monmouth, Arlene and Frank Corso of Hazlet, Carolyn and Joseph Sherman of Keansburg, and Debra and Harry Paule of the Leonardo section of Middletown; 35 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.
LORETTA G. SHERIDAN, 96, of Holmdel, died June 7 at Bayshore Health Care Center, Holmdel. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she resided in Aberdeen, Woodhaven, Mendham and Deerfield Beach, Fla., prior to moving to Holmdel eight years ago. She was an elementary school teacher for the New York City School System for 25 years, retiring in 1978. She was a parishioner at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Woodhaven, and St. Joseph’s, Mendham. She was active in the Mendham First Aid Squad and various senior organizations. She enjoyed time with her family and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Sheridan, in 1998. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah F. and William Smith of Jackson; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Benedict’s Roman Catholic Church, Holmdel. Interment

RAYMOND MICHAEL "MICK" HUELBIG, 85, of Hazlet died June 8 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Hoboken, he resided in Weehawken before moving to Hazlet in 1988. Mr. Huelbig was a crossing guard for Hazlet Township for 10 years. Prior to that, he owned and operated the bar and restaurant Cahill’s, Weehawken, for 10 years. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Weehawken Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a past commander of the Weehawken American Legion Post No. 18. He will be inducted into the Weehawken Athletic Hall of Fame for outstanding basketball accomplishments June 13. Mr. Huelbig is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kathleen Thompson Huelbig of Hazlet; two sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond and Shawnn Huelbig Jr. of Cranston, R.I., and James and Jennifer Huelbig of Middletown; his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and John Devaney of Hazlet; his sister, Ann Jennings of Delaware; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held June 11 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Laurel Funeral Home, West Keansburg section of Hazlet. The funeral will be held June 12 at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach. Interment
will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
ELIZABETH M. SCOLES, of the Locust section of Middletown, died June 8 at home. Born in Peapack, she lived in Eatontown prior to moving to Locust 40 years ago. She enjoyed time with her family, cooking and traveling to Atlantic City. She was predeceased by her brothers, James Ginni and Frank Ginni; and her sisters, Rose Cattano and Susan Wombold. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, William Scoles of Locust; her son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Eileen Scoles of Middletown; her daughter, Patricia Litrenta of New York City; and three grandchildren. A funeral liturgy will be June 11 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Atlantic Highlands. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. GERALDINE M. TESCHIC, 60, of Middletown, died June 7 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Bayonne, she resided in Middletown since 1971. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew Soncha and Victoria Plunges. She is survived by her husband, Robert Teschic of Middletown; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Daniel and Barbara Soncha of Shawnee, Ga., and Andrew and Mary Soncha of Torington, Conn. A memorial service will be June 11 at 2:30 p.m. at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
IRV WASSERMAN, 93, of Middletown, died June 2 in Holmdel. He resided in Middletown for more than 50 years. He worked with his father in the family business, Wasserman’s Variety Store, Belford section of Middletown, following his service with the U.S. Army during World War II. Active in the community, he was a founding member and former president of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Middletown Board of Education and a member of the Service Corps of Retired Executives at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown. He was also named Corporate Citizen of the Year in 1968. His activities included tennis, skiing and going to the beach. He is survived by two sons and their wives, David Wasserman of Morgantown, W.Va., and Mark Wasserman of Berkeley, Calif.; two sisters, Helen Fagett of Palm Springs, Calif., and Blanche Baer of Plant City, Fla.; and four grandchildren. ANTHONY FALZON, 84, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, died June 3 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Cospicua, Malta, he resided in Keansburg before moving to Port Monmouth several years ago. Mr. Falzon was a security guard at JP Peters Music Co., New York City, for 30 years, retiring in 1983. He served with the British Army. He was a member of Union No. 32 BJ-Building Services, New York City. He was predeceased by a daughter, Gloria Falzon, in 1974; and a grandson, Steven Falzon, in 2002. He is survived by his wife, Rita Caruana Falzon of Port Monmouth; two daughters, Marie Dorothy Fey and Eileen Falzon, both of the Cliffwood Beach section of Aberdeen; a son, Charles D. Falzon of New York City; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Catherine’s Roman Catholic Church, Middletown. Interment
