MABEL A. GREEN MICCHELLI, 70, of Middletown died Jan. 27 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Newark, she lived in St. Paul, Minn., prior to moving to Middletown in 1962. Mrs. Micchelli was a communicant of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown. She was predeceased by a brother, James Green. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Albert L. Micchelli of Middletown; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Donald T. Micchelli of West Long Branch, and Kenneth M. and Jill Micchelli of the Belford section of Middletown; her daughter, Barbara A. Ross of Hazlet; her brother, Phillip Green of Mount Laurel; her sister, Margaret Bujalski of Sewaren; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth.
LILLIAN M. WEISSMAN, 73, of Aberdeen died Jan. 25 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she resided in Old Bridge prior to moving to Aberdeen nine years ago. Mrs. Weissman was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, Herrmann Weissmann, in 1995; and by brothers and sisters. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Roslyn and Roman Fajngold of Toms River; three sons and one daughter-in-law, John Weissmann of Aberdeen, Ronald Weissmann of Little Falls, and Paul and Suzanne Weissmann of Monroe; four sisters, Anna Henry of Brooklyn, N.Y., Margaret Travers of Whiting, and Irene Pringle and Grace Darcy, both of Brooklyn; a brother, Sonny Darcy of Staten Island, N.Y.; and three grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Jan. 29 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Keyport. Burial will follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arnytown.
PRACIDO "PETE" FICARRA, 74, of Shrewsbury Township died Jan. 13 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Red Bank, he lived there prior to moving to Shrewsbury Township in 1964. Mr. Ficarra was a security guard at Fort Monmouth, Eatontown, for several years. He served with the U.S. Navy from 1946-48. His activities included horse racing and music, especially the music of Frank Sinatra. He is survived by his son, Peter L. Ficarra of Shrewsbury Township; his brother, Bill Figaro of Swansboro, N.C.; two sisters, Ann J. Witek of Middletown and Jean Tillman of Elmhurst, N.Y.; and one granddaughter. Interment

GERTHA MAE PITTS, 68, of the Cliffwood Beach section of Aberdeen, died Jan. 14 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel, following a lengthy illness. Born in Tuskegee, Ala., she moved to New Jersey in 1956. She was a master presser at Miller’s Cleaners, Freehold, for 15 years. She was a former member of the New Mount Baptist Church, Alabama. She is survived by her husband, James Otis Pitts of Cliffwood Beach; six daughters and one son-in-law, Jane and Harold Brown of Neptune, Judy Pitts and Normaree Pitts, both Asbury Park, Gloria Pitts of Aberdeen, Brenda Pitts of Eatontown, and Cortrice Pitts of Keansburg; two sons and one daughter-in-law, James Pitts Jr. of Cliffwood Beach, and Corey and Dennis Pitts of Aberdeen; a sister and brother-in-law, Thelma and Herbert Outsey of Columbus, Ga.; six brothers-in-law; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held at New Hope Baptist Church, Freehold. Interment
was at Shoreland Memorial Gardens, Hazlet.
STANLEY J. OGORZAT, 81, of Middletown died Jan. 15 at Jersey Shore Center, Eatontown. Born in Newark, he had resided in Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Kearny before moving to Middletown recently. Mr. Ogorzat was a retired machinist at General Motors Corp., Clark, for 30 years. He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Polish American Social Club, Port St. Lucie. He is survived by his wife, Mary Kazmierski Ogorzat of Middletown; two sons, Robert A. Ogorzat of Middletown, and John Ogorzat of Pleasanton, Calif.; a daughter, Patricia Patla of Cooper City, Fla.; a brother; a sister, Loretta Ogorzat of Clifton; and four grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.
RICHARD ROBERT "BOB" WOLF, 71, of Middletown died Jan. 18 at home. Born in New York City, he had resided in Toms River and in Queens, N.Y., before moving to Middletown 15 years ago. Known as "The Lone Wolf," Mr. Wolf and his son owned the contracting business Neighbor & Son, Middletown. Prior to that, he owned the ironworker business of Wolf and Caroll for several years. He was predeceased by his brother, Louis James Wolf. He is survived by his wife, Claudia Sprecher of Middletown; five sons and four daughters-in-law, Gregory and Renee Wolf, Richard and Elena Wolf, Robert Wolf, David and Joanne Boulton, and Randy and Andrea Boulton; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and seven nieces and nephews. JOHN J. BOROSKIE, 81, of Middletown died Jan. 21 at home. Born in Royalton, Ill., he had resided in New York City before moving to Middletown in 1969. Mr. Boroskie was a retired truck driver at Midhatten Woodworking, New York City, where he worked for 40 years. He was also a courier for United County Bank, Keansburg, for 10 years. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II, and was honorably discharged in 1945. He was a communicant of St. Catherine’s Roman Catholic Church, Middletown, where he served as an usher for several years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2179, Port Monmouth section of Middletown, and Truckers Union Local No. 282. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Katherine Rewega Boroskie of Middletown; his daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Frank Eichler of Hazlet; and three grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Catherine’s Church. Entombment was at Holmdel Cemetery.
MARGARET GLANCEY GOGOL, 90, of Hazlet died Jan. 21 at Genesis Westfield Care Center, Westfield. Born in Scotland, she resided in Harrison for 75 years prior to moving to Hazlet seven years ago. Mrs. Gogol was employed at New Jersey Bell Telephone, Newark, for several years, retiring in 1977. She was a communicant of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Harrison. She was a member of Holy Cross, St. Cecilia and Kearny Seniors, and the Pioneers Club of New Jersey Bell Telephone. She was predeceased by her first husband, James A. McAllister Sr.; her second husband, Stanley Gogol; her son and daughter-in-law, James and Mary McAllister Jr.; her infant daughter, Marion McAllister; and one granddaughter, Donna Hoffman. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Agnes and Thomas Hoffman Sr. of Toms River; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Harrison. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
MARGARET JANE LEIN GORMLEY, 93, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, died Jan. 23 at home. Born in Orange, she lived in South Orange and Middletown Township prior to moving to Lincroft to live with her daughter one year ago. Mrs. Gormley was a homemaker. Prior to that, she was a secretary at the law firm of Setson & Gormley, East Orange. She was a former member of the Church of the Holy Communion, South Orange. Her activities included gardening and crocheting, and she was active in several church guilds and as a principal soloist in the church choir. She was predeceased by her husband, William C. Gormley, in 1965; her brothers, Karl Lein and Harry Lein; and her sister, Harriet Lein Riley. She is survived by her daughter, Claire Reheis of Lincroft; her son and daughter-in-law, William and Marlyn Gormley; her son-in-law, Daniel C. Reheis of North Beach; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was offered at Christ Church, Shrewsbury. Burial was at Rosedale Cemetery, Orange. ELEANOR GLORIA OLSEN KISZKIEL, 78, of Keansburg died Jan. 23 at Regency Park Nursing Center, Hazlet. Born in Jersey City, she resided in Middletown Township prior to moving to the Keansburg area 20 years ago. Mrs. Kiszkiel was a clerical worker at Fedway Association, Kearny, for 10 years, retiring in 1985. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Keansburg. She was predeceased by her husband, Benny Kiszkiel, in 1983. She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Cheryl and Howard Zimmerman of Keansburg, and Eleanor D’Elia of Middletown; her sister and brother-in-law, Veronica and Walter McKenna of North Bergen; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Keansburg. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
