Marjorie S. Haggett
Mrs. Haggett, 85, of Milltown died Dec. 9 in Francis E. Parker Nursing Home, New Brunswick. Prior to her retirement in 1993, she was director of music for 10 years at Nativity Evangelical Lutheran Church, East Brunswick. Before that, she was a music teacher at Hammerskjold Middle School, East Brunswick, and with North Brunswick Public Schools. From 1996-97 she served as volunteer music director at Parkview School, Milltown. Her husband, Frank R. Haggett, died in 1983. Surviving are three cousins, Evelyn C. Morris and David B. Crabiel, both of Milltown, and C. Donald Crabiel of Merchantville. Services were held at United Methodist Church, Milltown. Interment

Ruth Kulesa Haring
Mrs. Haring, 56, of Monroe, formerly of Sayreville and South River, died Dec. 9 in the Elms Nursing Home, Cranbury. Prior to her retirement in 1997, she was an executive assistant for the Monroe Township Utility Authority, where she worked for 15 years. Surviving are her husband, Charles "Chuck" Haring; two daughters, Donna Haring of North Brunswick and Dawn Bladzinski of South River; her parents, Peter and Mary Paprota Kulesa of Sayreville; a brother, Richard Kulesa of South Brunswick; and a granddaughter. A Mass was offered at St. James Church, Jamesburg. Entombment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Richard Spitzenfeil
Mr. Spitzenfeil, 74, of Old Bridge died Dec. 11 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1996, he was a security guard at Wells Fargo, North Brunswick, where he worked for six years. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Hoffman Spitzenfeil; a daughter, Denise Marabeti of Bristol, Conn.; two sons, Stephen Doell and Andrew Doell; a sister, Gloria Jean Glammer of Harleysville, Pa.; and a granddaughter. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
Frank S. Patrick
Mr. Patrick, 79, of East Brunswick died Dec. 3 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1987, he and his brothers owned John Patrick and Sons Contracting, South River, for 42 years. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Timko Patrick; a son, Frank Patrick of Hillsborough; two daughters, JoAnn Patrick-Ezzell of Sarasota, Fla., and Kathy Zondlo of Knoxville, Tenn.; a brother, Joseph Patrick of East Brunswick; three sisters, Elizabeth "Pat" Righetti of East Brunswick, Irene Goldstein of Monroe and Mary Nenninger of Kill Devil Hills, N.C.; a grandson; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Stephen Protomartyr Church, South River. Interment

August Robert Hagen
Mr. Hagen, 81, of Monroe, formerly of East Brunswick, died Dec. 12 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. His wife, Sonja, died in 1982. Surviving are a daughter, Sonja; two sons, Charles Hagen and Michael Flynn; a sister, Dorothy Bongart; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Eckman Funeral Home, Spotswood.
Clifford Floyd
Mr. Floyd, 85, of Spotswood, formerly of North Brunswick, died Dec. 15 at home. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis Hirschman Floyd; a stepson, Sandor Leopold Jr. of Spotswood; two stepdaughters, Debra Tauriello of Edison and Susan Moen of Bridgewater; and five grandchildren. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment

Charles H. Bradford
Mr. Bradford, 78, of Milltown died Dec. 12 in the Reformed Church Home, Old Bridge. Prior to his retirement in 1982, he worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 35 years, the last 10 years as postmaster of the Milltown Post Office. He was a past president of the Milltown Chamber of Commerce. His wife, Grace Goodwin Bradford, died in 1993; a daughter, Linda Sue Vahle, died in 1997; and a granddaughter, Kristen Bradford, died in 1992. Surviving are two daughters, Barbara A. Gasper of Evesham and Judith G. Bartocci of Monroe; a son, Charles H. Bradford Jr. of Fort Wayne, Ind.; three sisters, Ruth Diblin of Jamesburg, Jane Clement of New Mexico and Alice Locke of Lavalette; two brothers, William Bradford of Florida and Fred Bradford of New Jersey; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services were held at Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick. Interment

Mary A. Dobzinski Shepanski
Mrs. Shepanski, 79, of North Brunswick died Dec. 3 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Nanticoke, Pa., she resided in East Brunswick for 45 years, prior to moving to North Brunswick in 2001. She was employed at Greater New York Insurance Co., East Brunswick, before her retirement. She was a communicant St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, East Brunswick, and a member of the parish’s Altar Rosary Society. She also was a member of the East Brunswick Historical Society. Mrs. Shepanski was predeceased by her husband, Leonard T. Shepanski, in 1986. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Nan and Bruce Kessler of North Brunswick; three sisters, Sophie Oslowski of Spotswood, Christine Dembowski of Kingston, Pa., and Irene Polnasek of Barrington; and two grandsons. Burial was at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. The Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home, East Brunswick, was in charge of arrangements. Josephine E. Hickey
Mrs. Hickey, 88, of Cedar Glen Lakes, Whiting section of Manchester, died Dec. 3 in Community Medical Center, Toms River section of Dover. Her husband, Frederick Hickey, died in 1991. Surviving are a son, James H. Hickey Sr. of Whiting; a daughter, Loretta Bryan of Florence, S.C.; a brother, Frank Krupa of the Dayton section of South Brunswick; a sister, Ann Cegielski of South River; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Englishtown. Interment
was in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Township. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
