Services for Stanley Rovinsky, 87, of Highland Lakes will be at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in Nazare Memorial Home, 403 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst.
Mr. Rovinsky died Thursday in Chilton Memorial Hospital, Pompton Plains.
He was a self-employed auto mechanic in Stans Crown Station, Harrison, before retiring 20 years ago.
Born in Pennsylvania, he lived in Kearny before moving to Highland Lakes 30 years ago.
Surviving are four children; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Francis Patrick Ruggiero, 77, Mount Olive civic leader

Francis Patrick Ruggiero, 77, of Mount Olive died yesterday in the Compassionate Care Pavilion at St. Clares Hospital, Dover.
A Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Judes Church, Budd Lake. Arrangements are by the Scala Memorial Home, Hackettstown.
Mr. Ruggiero worked for the Morris County Board of Elections for 30 years before retiring in 1993. Previously, he was was a union official with the A.F.L./C.I.O. Liquor Workers in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The mayor of Mount Olive from 1979 until 1983, Mr. Ruggiero also served as a municipal councilman for four years. He was a member of the Mount Olive Planning Board for 15 years and chaired the Master Plan Committee for two years. He also chaired of the Mount Olive Board of Adjustment and was the townships director of public safety for two years. Mr. Ruggiero also served on the Morris County Democratic Executive Board for more than 20 years.
Mr. Ruggiero was a Navy veteran of World War II and served aboard the LST 395 in the Philippines.
A founding member and past Grand Knight of the Father Joseph Cassidy Knights of Columbus Council 6100, Budd Lake, Mr. Ruggiero was named the councils 1995 person of the year. He was also a fourth degree member of the Monsignor Lang Assembly and served as an aid to six state deputies for the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus.
He was a charter member of the LST Association and was also a founding and charter member of the Italian Club of Mount Olive.
Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Ruggiero moved to Mount Olive in 1961.
Surviving are Marie, his wife for 53 years; a son, Salvatore; daughters, Roseann and Maryfrances Miffy.

Mrs. Mary Rosa, 84, of Kenilworth died yesterday in Morristown Memorial Hospital.
A Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville, after the funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
Born in Newark, Mrs. Rosa lived in Belleville before moving to Kenilworth in 1995.
Surviving are a daughter, Francine Volz; a sister, Theresa Pampinella; a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
Antoinette Passafiume

A Mass for Mrs. Antoinette Passafiume, 79, of Caldwell will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Aloysius Church, Caldwell. Arrangements are by the Farmer Funeral Home, Roseland.
Mrs. Passafiume died Thursday in Mountainside Hospital, Glen Ridge.
Born in Newark, she lived in Union before moving to Caldwell in 1995.
Surviving are daughters, Catherine Bergamo, Elizabeth Connelly and Maryann Rivera; a sister, Marie Melito, and five grandchildren.
June Frank

Mrs. June Frank, 71, of Spotswood died yesterday at home.
Arrangements are by the Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
Mrs. Frank was a member of the Senior Citizens and the Office on Aging, both in Spotswood.
Born in Jersey City, she lived in Spotswood for 44 years.
Surviving are Henry, her husband of 51 years; a daughter, Carol Frank; a son, Henry J. Jr.; a sister, Barbara Marshello, and two grandchildren.
