Graveside services for Mrs. Adele Pospisil, 76, of Daytona Beach, Fla., a former New Jersey resident, will be at 12:15 p.m. Friday in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Arrangements are by the McCracken Funeral Home, Union.
Mrs. Pospisil died Sunday in the Hospice Care Center, Port Orange, Fla.
She was an executive secretary at the Breeze Corp., Union, before retiring.
Mrs. Pospisil was a member of the Czech Society of America.
Born in Newark, she lived in Union before moving to Daytona Beach seven years ago.
Surviving are sons, Carl and Ray; two grandchildren and her companion, George Hickey.
Violet Pettaway

Services for Mrs. Violet Pettaway, 58, a lifelong resident of Elizabeth, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Greater Holy Tabernacle United Holy Church, 625 S. Park St., Elizabeth. Arrangements are by the Smith Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
Mrs. Pettaway, who died Thursday in Trinitas Hospital, Elizabeth, was a certified nurse’s aide at Delaire Nursing Home, Linden, for 11 years.
Surviving are daughters, Terry and Barbara; sons, Louis, Noel, Milton Jr., Melvin and Jason; sisters, Mrs. Ira Mae Byrd, Mrs. Gertrude Byrd, Mrs. Nettie Mae White and Mrs. Louise Muldrow; brothers, Louis, Clarence, James and Robert Devine; 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Joseph P. Pellicane III

A Mass for Joseph P. Pellicane III, 48, of Bridgewater will be at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph Church, Bound Brook, after the funeral from the Taggart-Chamberlain Funeral Home, 305 E. High St., Bound Brook.
Mr. Pellicane, who died Monday at home, was a sales manager employed by High Grade Beverage in South Brunswick since 1984.
Born in New Brunswick, he lived in Bound Brook before moving to Bridgewater many years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Karen; a son, Matthew; his parents, Joseph and Catherine Pellicane, and brothers, Robert, David and Thomas.
George E. Oldzej

George E. Oldzej, 87, of Cranbury died yesterday in the Park Place Center, South Brunswick.
A Mass will be at 9 a.m. Friday in Holy Trinity Church, Helmetta, after the funeral from the Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Monroe Township.
Mr. Oldzej was a farmer and mason with John Forman in Cranbury for 21 years before retiring in 1976.
Born in Edgewater, he lived in Cranbury for more than 55 years.
Surviving are Adele, his wife of 64 years; a daughter, Mrs. Leonia Skok; a brother, Theodore; a sister, Mrs. Irene Davis; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Robert R. Wingert

QUAKERTOWN, Pa. - Robert R. Wingert, 68, of Quakertown, a former New Jersey resident, died here yesterday at home.
A Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Sacred Heart Church, South Plainfield, N.J., after the funeral from the McCriskin Home for Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Ave., South Plainfield. Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield.
Mr. Wingert was a draftsman with Henderson Construction Co., Raritan, N.J., for 17 years before retiring in 1993. After retiring, he returned to work part-time as a draftsman for St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem.
A Navy veteran of the Korean War, he served from 1951 through 1955 as an aviation storekeeper and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
Mr. Wingert served as president of the Holy Name Society and was a Eucharistic minister, both at Sacred Heart Church. He also was active with the church’s annual “Funstival” and FISH, an organization that assists the needy.
He was a member of South Plainfield Knights of Columbus 6203 and a fourth-degree knight with the Bishop Charles P. Greco Assembly 2147. He also was a member of the Wallace Willard Keller American Legion Post 242 in Quakertown.
Born in Elizabeth, N.J., he lived in Cranford, N.J., and South Plainfield for many years before moving to Quakertown six years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Estelle H.; daughters, Mrs. Linda Turiak and Mrs. Estelle Amate; sisters, Mrs. Peggy Boyle and Mrs. Nan Herman, and two grandchildren.
Peggy A. Williams

Services for Mrs. Peggy A. Williams, 36, of Rahway will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church, 225 N. Eighth St., Kenilworth. Arrangements are by the Hicks Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
Mrs. Williams died Saturday in Rahway Hospital.
She was employed in the customer service department of Elizabethtown Gas Co. in Elizabeth for eight years. A certified daycare provider, she recently started Precious Moments Daycare in Rahway.
Mrs. Williams was a deaconess and secretary for the First Baptist Church and was a regional secretary for the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey, Raritan Chapter.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the Parent-Teacher Association at the Roosevelt Elementary School in Rahway.
Born in New York City, she lived in Goodwater, Ala., and Elizabeth before moving to Rahway eight years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Timothy; a daughter, Kelsey Nicole; a son, Justin A.; her mother, Mrs. Helen Simmons; brothers, John and Eric Simmons, and sisters, Courtney Simmons, Mrs. Karen Parham, Lena Simmons and Mrs. Lynn Harris.
