Services for Michael Barylick, 88, of Warren will be at 5 o’clock tomorrow evening in the Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood.
Mr. Barylick, who died Saturday in the Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, was a carpenter in the Plainfield area for many years before retiring.
Born in Bayonne, he lived in Plainfield before moving to Warren 40 years ago.
Mr. Barylick is survived by a sister, Mrs. Olga Neier.
Harry Ades

Services for Harry Ades of Springfield will be at 1 p.m. today in the Menorah Chapels at Millburn, 2950 Vauxhall Rd., Union.
Mr. Ades, who died Sunday in the Inglemoor Convalescent Center, Livingston, owned and operated an Esso gas station in Newark for more than 30 years before retiring in 1970.
He was a member of the East Orange Golf Club.
Born in New York, he lived in Newark before moving to Springfield 30 years ago.
Surviving are Gertrude, his wife of 65 years; daughters, Mrs. Adrienne Lerman, Mrs. Barbara Geller and Mrs. Carole Kaye; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Josephine Burack

A Mass for Mrs. Josephine Burack, 77, of Toms River will be scheduled tomorrow at St. Justin Church, Toms River, after the funeral from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Route 9, Bayville.
Mrs. Burack, who died Sunday at home, worked at Walter Kidde Co., Kenilworth, for 12 years before retiring in 1984.
She was a member of the Dover Township Senior Center, Toms River.
Born in Elizabeth, Mrs. Burack lived there for many years before moving to Toms River in 1990.
Surviving are a son, John J.; a daughter, Mrs. Joanne Malone; a brother, Anthony Guida; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Aaron Calland

Services for Aaron Calland, 70, of Linden will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Guiding Star United Holy Church, Roselle. Arrangements are by G.G. Woody Funeral Home, Roselle.
Mr. Calland, who died Thursday at home, was a forklift operator and assembler at General Motors Corp., Linden, for 32 years before retiring in 1993.
After retiring, he was a security guard at the Nilson Detective Agency in Elizabeth for three years.
Born in Gretna, Va., Mr. Calland lived in Linden for 37 years.
Surviving are his wife, Raco; a daughter, Santochia; sons, Joseph Aaron and Gerrod; sisters, Evangelist Madeline Gass, Mrs. Minnie Mitchell and Mrs. Ora Rogers; brothers, Elmer, Rev. Pearl Jr., Thomas Lee, Jessie and Clifton, and 12 grandchildren.
Lucille Marie Lico, speech teacher

A Mass for Mrs. Lucille Marie Lico, 56, of Kearny will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Cecelia’s Church, Kearny, after the funeral from the Edward T. Reid Home for Funerals, 585 Belgrove Dr., Kearny.
Mrs. Lico, who died Sunday in West Hudson Hospital, Kearny, was an accountant for the C.M.S. Co. in Belleville for the last two years before leaving. Earlier, she had been a personnel manager with the Sheraton Heights Hotel, Hasbrouck Heights, for 20 years and a speech teacher for various schools in the Kearny area.
Mrs. Lico earned a bachelor’s degree in education from William Paterson College, Wayne, in 1966.
She was a member of The Club in Belleville.
Born in Belleville, she lived in Kearny for the last 30 years.
Surviving are her husband, Patrick; daughters, Dawn and Nicole; sons, Bruce Kocenski and Frank Lico; her father, Charles Caracciola, and a grandchild.
Arthur J. Cmiel

A Mass for Arthur J. Cmiel, 61, of Caldwell will be at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in St. Catherine of Siena Church, after the funeral from Shook’s Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Ave.
Mr. Cmiel, who died Friday in St. Clare’s Hospital, Denville, was the airport manager at the Essex County Airport in Caldwell since 1984. Earlier, he was acting airport manager at the airport for three years, and before that, was a line service supervisor for Atlantic Aviation at Teterboro Airport.
He served in the Marine Corps from 1963 through 1966.
Born in New York City, he lived in Cedar Grove before moving to Caldwell 15 years ago.
Surviving are his mother, Olga Cmiel, and sisters, Mrs. Cindy Aaron and Mrs. Charis Melillo.
