Virgil Angelo

Services for Virgil Angelo, 70, a lifelong Newark resident, will be at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Zarro Funeral Home, 145 Harrison St., Bloomfield.
Mr. Angelo, who died Monday in the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Edison, was the owner of the Clothing Variety Store in Newark for 10 years before retiring five years ago.
Surviving are sons, Michael and David; daughters, Nancy and Mrs. Virginia C. McLean; a brother, Larry, and 10 grandchildren.
Frank Alicea

A Mass for Frank Alicea, 42, of Morristown will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Cedar Grove, after the funeral from the Shook’s Cedar Grove Funeral Home, 486 Pompton Ave., Cedar Grove.
Mr. Alicea drowned in Lake Hopatcong on Oct. 21.
He was a respiratory therapist at Morristown Memorial Hospital for 15 years.
Mr. Alicea was a graduate of the St. Barnabas Medical Center School of Respiratory Therapy and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison.
Born in Passaic, he lived in East Stroudsburg, Pa., before moving to Morristown two years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Lawren; his mother, Mrs. Rosa Sanchez; his stepfather, Oscar Sanchez; sisters, Rosita Jaworski, Evelyn Montaque, Betsey Montaque and Lillian.
Thomas Aldrich

Services for Thomas Aldrich, 45, of East Windsor will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home, 454 Cranbury Rd., East Brunswick.
Mr. Aldrich died Saturday in the Medical Center at Princeton.
He was a diesel mechanic for 10 years. He had worked at Quality Star, Cranbury, before retiring two years ago.
Mr. Aldrich served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Born in New Brunswick, he lived in North Brunswick, Franklin Township and Tacoma, Wash., before moving to East Windsor four years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Linda; a son, Thomas Jr.; a daughter, Kelly Ann; his mother, Mrs. Josephine Aldrich; brothers, Michael, Joseph, Carmen, Richard, Ronald, James, Peter, Tom and Robert, and sisters, Mrs. Patricia Panico, Mrs. Deborah Fehring, Mrs. Jeannie Drazdik and Mrs. JoAnn Hallahan.
Steve Wisnewski Sr.

A Mass for Steve Wisnewski Sr., 87, of Toms River will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Harrison, after the funeral from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Ave., Harrison.
Mr. Wisnewski died Wednesday in Marcella Convalescent Center, Burlington Township.
He was a trailer driver for the P. Ballantine & Sons Brewery, Newark, for 35 years before retiring in 1973.
Mr. Wisnewski was a shop steward for Teamsters Local 153, Newark, and a member of the Elberon Club in Harrison.
Born in Paterson, he lived in Harrison before moving to Toms River.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Butler; sons, Frank and Steve; a brother, Charles, and six grandchildren.
Benjamin Schulman

Benjamin Schulman, 84, of Lyons died yesterday in the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care Center at Lyons.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge. Arrangements are by the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, Woodbridge.
Mr. Schulman was a bus driver with Public Service Bus Co. in Newark before retiring.
In his youth, he wrestled at the Young Men’s Hebrew Association in Newark.
Born in New York City, he resided in Newark before moving to Lyons.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Iris Zukowitz and Mrs. Helene Ferri; a son, Lee; three brothers, Hy, Morris and Rubin; a sister, Mrs. Sally Adase, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
William E. Brown

Services for William E. Brown, 74, formerly of Union City, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at John J. Quinn Funeral Home, Erie, Pa. He died Sunday at Erie Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Brown was born in Union City and lived there for many years before moving to Erie 20 years ago. He was a custodian for the Union City schools for many years, retiring in 1979.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Erb; four sons, William E. Jr., James A., Gary C. and Robert L.; a daughter, Linda M. Locke; two sisters, Jean Kilma and Cecilia Brown; and three grandchildren.
