Mass for Francisco Ortiz, 55, a longtime resident of Hoboken, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Francis Church, Hoboken. He died yesterday at St. Mary Hospital, Hoboken.
Ortiz was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and lived in Hoboken almost his entire life. He was an auto mechanic and a construction worker for many years.
Surviving are three sons, Francisco Jr., Angel and George; a daughter, Marisol; his stepmother, Iris; six brothers, Tony, Johnny, Angel, Angel M., Luis and Herbert; seven sisters, Virginia Soto, Norma Mills, Teresa Marvin, Nita Mendez, Susan, Millie and Anna Ortiz; and two grandchildren.

Delphin Monti

Mass for Delphin Monti, 100, a lifelong resident of West New York, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Church, West New York. He died yesterday at Palisades Medical Center, North Bergen.
Monti was a machinist for Puralator Co., Rahway, for 25 years, until retiring.
He was a Marine Corps veteran.
Surviving are a son, Edmund; and one grandchild.

Cornelius F. Brown

Services for Deacon Cornelius Frank Brown, 86, a longtime resident of Jersey City, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Zion Baptist Church, Jersey City. He died Saturday at Greenville Hospital, Jersey City.
Brown was born in Barnwell, S.C, and moved to Jersey City 70 years ago. He was a deacon at Zion Church for many years, and a member of its Senior Choir. He was a master of King Solomon Masonic Lodge 19, and was the founding member of Ebony Fuel Oil Co., Jersey City, in 1955.
Surviving are his wife, Minnie; two daughters, Doris Brown-Kennedy and Carol; a brother, Leroy Odom; a sister, Queen Fountain; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Clara E. McHenry

Mass for Clara E. McHenry, 95, of Jersey City, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Church, Jersey City. She died at home Monday.
McHenry was born in Jersey City. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church.
Surviving are two sons, George and Daniel; a daughter, Clara; and three grandchildren.

Services for Aline O'Melia, 83, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City. She died Monday at Christ Hospital, Jersey City.
O'Melia was a clerk in the business office of E. J. Korvette Stores, Bayonne, retiring in 1978.
Surviving are four daughters, Judith Schurbert, Arline Coleman, Patricia Hunt and Elizabeth Ryan; a son, James; two sisters, Mildred Lemcheck and Gloria Hamilton; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
John De May

Services for John De May, 78, a longtime resident of Bayonne, will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Ss. Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church, Bayonne. He died Monday at Bayonne Hospital.
De May was born in Bayonne. He was an engineer for Westinghouse Corp., Elevator Division, Jersey City and Pittsburgh, Pa., for 42 years, retiring in 1984. He was president of Ss. Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church board, past president of the Carpatho-Russian American Citizens Club, Bayonne; a member of the Masonic Order, Scottish Rite, Corinthian Lodge, Pittsburgh; Shriners, Salaam Temple, Livingston, and the Orthodox Square Clubs of America.
Surviving are his wife, Olga; and two brothers, Peter and William.

Toye was born in Washington, Pa.. He was a chef with Jewish Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, Jersey City.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Ellen; three sons, Ronald, Wilford and Daniel; a daughter, Theda Coleman; two sisters, Addie Mae Shafe and Barbara Ann Marshall; 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
