Ruth M. Steineder, 71, of Vineland, died Saturday morning at home after a brief illness.
She was born in and a lifelong resident of Vineland. She attended the Vineland Schools and was a Vineland High School graduate.
She owned and operated the Rocking R Ranch in Vineland for over 50 years. She was a member of the Corinthian Chapter #80 O.E.S., Vineland.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Nellie Hendrickson of Vineland and 1 grandson, Kurtis Hendrickson of Vineland.
Private funeral services were conducted by the Pancoast Funeral Home on Monday. Burial was in the Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
Richard D. Schiffer

Richard D. Schiffer, 68, of Sewell died Saturday at home.
Born in Harrisburg, he lived in Gibbstown for 25 years before moving to Sewell 10 years ago.
He retired this year after working as an artist at the Philadelphia Inquirer for 16 years.
Surviving are his wife, Judith A.; a son, Richard E. of Sicklerville; two daughters, Heather A. McIlvaine of Glassboro and Greta H. Schiffer of Sewell; three brothers, Ed P.H. of Oregon, Donald of Harrisburg, Pa. and William of Lewisberry, Pa.; two sisters, Dorothy Minges of Harrisburg, Pa. and Ruth Steenland of Camp Hill, Pa.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the Brig. Gen. William Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneystown. Friends may call 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Kelley Funeral Home, 125 Pitman Ave., Pitman.

Patricia G. Baird, 48, of Clayton died Monday in Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden.
Born in Hoboken, formerly of Utica, N.Y., she lived in Clayton for nine years.
She was a waitress at the Liberty Diner for eight years.
Surviving are a son, Joseph Diamond of Sacramento, Calif.; and a daughter, Shannon Baird of Clayton; her mother, Nora Butch of Clayton; two brothers, Robert Diamond of Monroe Township, Middlesex County and James Butch of Clayton; three sisters, Eileen Montero of Miami, Fla., Nancy Matthews of Cincinnati, Ohio and Kathy Hullihen of Newfield; and her fiancé, Michael Baez of Elmer.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Barclay Funeral Home, Broad and Maple streets, Clayton where friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and after 9:30 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Cedar Green Cemetery, Clayton.
Harry Brown

Harry Brown, 70, of Thorofare, died Saturday in his home.
Born in Philadelphia, he resided in Thorofare for 31 years.
Mr. Brown was a Sergeant in the Air Force, serving during the Korean Conflict.
He was a Field Service Engineer for Honeywell Corporation, Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania for over 35 years, retiring in 1989.
He was a member of the Army Navy Garrison, National Park, where he served as Captain of the Honor Guard.
Mr. Brown cherished time with his grandchildren and enjoyed fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Esther Gloria (nee Bodenschatz); a son, Stephen of West Deptford; a daughter, Patricia of Thorofare; a sister, Edna Schard of New Bedford, Massachusetts; and two grandchildren.
Viewing will be 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, and after 9 a.m. Friday in the McGuinness Funeral Home, Woodbury.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Matthew's RC Church, 4th and Monument St., National Park.
Burial will be in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery.

Cecila S. Florich, 84, of Gloucester City, died Monday in Cooper Medical Center, Camden.
She was born in Camden.
Mrs. Florich was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School in Gloucester City.
She worked at Philadelphia Electric in Philadelphia as a key puncher operator in the payroll department from 1955 to 1983.
Mrs. Florich was a member of Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Gloucester City.
Surviving are her sister, Mary Ellen Waters of Gloucester Heights; two brothers, Joseph of Mount Ephraim and Lawrence of Woodbury.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Saint Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City.
Friends may call Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the McCann Funeral Home, 851 Monmouth Street (at Brown Street), Gloucester City.
Burial will be in the New Saint Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
