Frazier both of Elizabeth, dear sister of Ethel Wright of the Bronx, N.Y., Charlette Carr and Helen James both of Estill, S.C., Carrie Reynolds of Savannah, Ga., Thelma Cooper and Flora Nell, both of Orangeburg, S.C., Isaac Wright of the Bronx, N.Y., Alexander Wright of Walterboro, S.C., and Wilson Jones of Estill, S.C., 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, host of in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Services will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. at the New Zion Baptist Church, corner of Flora and Division streets, Elizabeth. Viewing Monday 7-9 p.m. at the church. GIAIMO - Ethel Vilma, of Allendale, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, after a lengthy illness. Born in Paterson, N.J., she lived in Midland Park for 48 years before residing in Allendale. She was a graduate of St. Elizabeth College, Convent Station, N.J., Class of 1933 with a bachelor of arts in education. She received a master of arts in education from New York University in 1949. Miss Giamimo taught Home Economics in the Paterson School System for 42 years before retiring in 1975. For many years she was a camp counselor/supervisor for Camp Star at Spring Lake in Wyckoff.

GIOVINCO - On Sept. 25, 1999, Pasquale, of West Caldwell, N.J., husband of the late Sarah (Oliva) Giovinco, devoted father of Rose Cuozzo, Jenny Lloyd, Eva Cuozzo, and Charles and John Giovinco, also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted from The GALLAGHER-HAGELIN FUNERAL HOME, 66 Roseland Ave., Caldwell, N.J., on Wednesday at 10:15 a.m., with a Funeral Mass at St. Aloysius Church at 11 a.m. Entombment Hollywood Memorial Park. Friends may call Monday 7-9, Tuesday 2-4, 7-9 p.m.

GOODMAN - Burton J., of Nokomis, Fla., formerly of Caldwell, N.J., and Milford, Pa., on Sept. 22, 1999, husband of the late Nancy M. (nee Maxwell), devoted father of Nicolette Soto of Caldwell, Peter R. Goodman of Newton, Jeffrey M. Goodman of Pennsylvania, Suzanne Bowman of Verona, Russell M. Goodman of Caldwell and Gigi Goodman of Nokomis, Fla., also 10 grandchildren.
