A Mass for Mrs. Theresa Parisi, 79, of Mount Bethel, Pa., a former New Jersey resident, will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday in St. Christopher Church, Parsippany, after the funeral from the Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Rd., Parsippany.
Mrs. Parisi died Monday in Brookmont Health Care Center in Effort, Pa.
Born in Pennsylvania, she lived in Newark, Belleville and Lake Hiawatha before moving to Mount Bethel 24 years ago.
Surviving are sons, Joseph and Domenick Missaggia; brothers, Thomas and Ronald Bianchi; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Gottfried W. Mantek

VERO BEACH, Fla. - A memorial service will be scheduled for Gottfried William Mantek, 84, of Vero Beach, a former New Jersey resident, who died here July 24 in Indian River Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Mantek was lead mechanic with Bristol-Myers, Hillside, N.J., for 27 years before retiring.
He was a member of the Wilkins-Eureka-Continental Masonic Lodge 39, Millburn, N.J.
Born in Greenfield Center, N.Y., he lived in Union, N.J., before moving to Vero Beach 16 years ago.
Surviving are Martha, his wife of 60 years; a son, Robert; daughters, Carolyn and Arlene; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Thomas Murray

A Mass for Thomas Murray, 87, of Dallas, Texas, a former New Jersey resident, will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in St. Mary Church, Elizabeth, after the funeral from the Leonard Home for Funerals, 242 West Jersey St., Elizabeth.
Mr. Murray, who died Monday in Walnut Place Nursing Home in Dallas, was a valve technician with the Automatic Switch Co. in Florham Park for many years before retiring in 1965.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3197, Hillside.
Born in County Tyrone, Ireland, Mr. Murray lived in Elizabeth for 52 years before moving to Texas.
Surviving are a son, Patrick; a brother, James; a sister, Mrs. Lily Scullin; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Salvatore “Sam” Mollica, 84

A Mass for Salvatore “Sam” Mollica, 84, of Bloomfield will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in St. Anthony’s Church, Belleville, after the funeral from the LaMonica Memorial Home, 299 Bloomfield Ave., Bloomfield.
Mr. Mollica died Sunday in Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on July 21.
He was a carpenter with Craftwood Products in Belleville for 33 years before retiring in 1980.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6265 in Belleville.
Born in Akron, Ohio, Mr. Mollica lived in Patti Messina, Italy, before moving to Bloomfield in 1993.
Surviving are his wife, Carmella; daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Robertson and Floreen; a sister, Mrs. Catina Gaglio, and a brother, Andre.
Albert Mokes Sr., 81, owned steel company

A Mass for Albert J. Mokes Sr., 81, of Kenilworth will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Theresa Church, Kenilworth, after the funeral from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park.
Mr. Mokes, who died Sunday in Union Hospital, owned Mokes Steel Inc. in Roselle for 27 years.
An Army veteran of World War II, he served in Africa, France and Normandy. Mr. Mokes received the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two Bronze Stars.
He was a member of the Suburban Golf Club, Union.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., he lived in Bayonne before moving to Kenilworth 52 years ago.
Surviving are Louise, his wife of 54 years; sons, Albert J. Jr. and Peter; daughters, Mrs. Eloise Printz and Mrs. Elaine Andryshak, and 11 grandchildren.
Mary J. Minta

Mrs. Mary J. Minta, 87, of Manasquan died yesterday in Laurelton Village Nursing Home, Manasquan.
A Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Holy Name Church, East Orange, after the funeral from the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mount Pleasant Ave.
Mrs. Minta was a quality control analyst with Thomas Edison Industries in West Orange for 25 years before retiring in 1963.
She was a member of the Rosary Altar Society of Holy Name Church.
Born in Scranton, Pa., Mrs. Minta lived in Glen Ridge before moving to Manasquan in 1992.
Surviving are her husband, John P., and sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Williamson and Mrs. Catherine Howard.
