Services for Mrs. Margaret A. Pavlovich, 68, of Bedminster will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Route 202 South, Branchburg.
Mrs. Pavlovich, who died Monday in Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, was an administrative coordinator with Research Cottrell-Metcalf and Eddy in New Jersey for 20 years before retiring in 1996.
Born in Montrose, Colo., she lived in San Francisco and Bridgewater for 25 years before moving to Bedminster six years ago.
Mrs. Pavlovich is survived by Edward, her husband of 40 years; a daughter, Gina Bosland; sons, Brian and Eric; sisters, Bernice Infusino, Adelma Schlenburg, Thelma Hickman, Louise Vig, Esther Hauke and Carolyn Heggi, and seven grandchildren.

Mrs. Loretta M. Adams, 97, of Lakewood died yesterday in the Fountain View Nursing Home, Lakewood.
A Mass will be 11 a.m. Monday in St. Martha Church, Point Pleasant. Arrangements are by the Colonial Funeral Home, Brick.
Born in Harrison, Mrs. Adams lived in East Hanover for five years and Point Pleasant for 44 years before moving to Lakewood three months ago.
Surviving are a son, Frederick W.; eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Services for Ralph Alvarez, 69, of Elmwood Park will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the Alesso Funeral Home, 91 Union St., Lodi.
Mr. Alvarez died Thursday in Englewood Hospital, Englewood.
A state-certified shorthand court reporter, he was a senior partner in J.H. Buehrer & Associates Court Reporting, Newark, where he worked for 36 years.
He served in the Air Force during the Korean War.
A former chairman of the Elmwood Park Zoning Board, Mr. Alvarez belonged to the Elmwood Park Republican Club and the 200 Club of Bergen County.
Born in Newark, he lived in Lodi before moving to Elmwood Park.
Surviving are his wife, Debbie; daughters, Jamie Lee Saks and Elizabeth; a son, Benjamin, and three grandchildren.

Services for Richard F. Burton, 70, of Bridgewater will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Highway 202 South, Branchburg.
Mr. Burton, who died Thursday in Bridgeway Care Center, Bridgewater, was a part-time bartender at Maxs Restaurant in Raritan and Il Pomodoro in Somerville since 1987. Prior to that, he was a parts manager at Mack Trucks Inc. in Plainfield and Somerset, where he worked for 37 years. He also was a bar tender at Beaver Brook Country Club in Annandale.
Mr. Burton served in the Navy during the Korean War.
He was a member of Elks Lodge 1068, Somerville, and a former member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1965, Raritan.
Born in Plainfield, he lived in Raritan and Lebanon before moving to Bridgewater 16 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Judy; a son, Richard; daughters, Robin Siepert, Tamara Bradbury, Lisa Carter, Kelly Strauss and Cynthia Hyer; sisters, Ann Spock and Irene Kolinski, and 14 grandchildren.
James L. Carlin, 72, was personnel director

A Mass for James L. Carlin, 72, a lifelong Rahway resident, and retired Union County personnel director, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Marks Church, Rahway, after the funeral from the Corey & Corey Funeral Home, 259 Elm Ave., Rahway.
Mr. Carlin died Thursday in Rahway Hospital.
He was director of personnel for Union County, where he worked for 32 years before retiring in 1991.
An Army veteran, he served during the Korean War and belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Mulvey-Ditmars Post 681, Rahway.
Surviving are Margaret, his wife of 43 years; a son, James; a brother, Dr. Robert Carlin, and a sister, Ruth Markey.
Louise A. Carr

A Mass for Mrs. Louise A. Carr, 86, of Harrison will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Cross Church, Harrison, after the funeral from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Ave., Harrison.
Mrs. Carr, who died Thursday in West Hudson Hospital, Kearny, was a welding machine operator with the RCA Radio Corp. of America in Harrison for several years until 1945.
Born in Scranton, Pa., she moved to Harrison 60 years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Donna Marie Carpenter; a sister, Sister Mara Beadle, S.C.C., and a brother, Edward Beadle.
