A Mass for Mrs. Helen Yenish, 95, of Staten Island, a former New Jersey resident, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Holy Cross Church, Harrison, after the funeral from the Condon Memorial Home, 210 Davis Ave., Harrison.
Mrs. Yenish died Thursday in Silver Lake Nursing Home, Staten Island.
She worked at McCorry's 5&10 in Newark for 10 years before retiring.
She lived in Staten Island, Harrison and Kearny before returning to Staten Island.
Mrs. Yenish is survived by a daughter, Frances Harrison; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Claire Vollmerhausen of Summit, family, marital therapist, 77

A Mass for Mrs. Claire M. Vollmerhausen, 77, of Summit will be at 9:30 a.m. today in St. Teresa of Avila Church, 306 Morris Ave., Summit. Arrangements are by the William R. Dangler Funeral Home, Summit.
Mrs. Vollmerhausen died Wednesday at home.
A psychotherapist, she provided family and marital therapy in Summit and Manhattan for 15 years before retiring in 1992.
She was a 1946 graduate of Pembroke College, Providence, R.I., where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She also earned a masters degree in French from the University of Illinois in 1948 and a second masters degree in clinical psychology from New York University in 1978.
Mrs. Vollmerhausen was president of the College Women's Club of Westfield and the Westfield Service League.
Born in Jersey City, she lived in Westfield before moving to Summit 30 years ago.
Surviving are daughters, Denise R. Ruotolo, Cynthia Sherwin and Diane R. Webber; a stepdaughter, Ruth Carey; stepsons, Dr. John Vollmerhausen and Robert; a sister, Joan Flaherty; a brother, Gerard Murphy, and nine grandchildren.
George Tramutola

A Mass for George Tramutola, 52, of Bloomfield will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Valentines Church, Bloomfield, after the funeral from the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Ave.
Mr. Tramutola, who died Thursday at home, was a distributor for Tri-Dam Filter Co., Wayne. Before that, he worked for Hoffmann-LaRoche Inc., Nutley, as a retention room controller and utility worker.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam War era.
Born in Newark, Mr. Tramutola moved to Bloomfield 15 years ago.
Surviving are Nancy, his wife of 12 years; brothers, Anthony Tramutola and Frank Grippo, and a sister, Kathy Castellano.
Dominick Tarantino, 88, salesman, postal supervisor

A Mass for Dominick A. Tarantino, 88, of North Arlington will be at noon Monday in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington, after the funeral from the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Rd., North Arlington.
Mr. Tarantino died Thursday in St. Marys Hospital, Passaic.
He was a salesman at the Savino Agency, Lyndhurst, for 25 years before retiring in 1980. He was also a supervisor at the U.S. Postal Service in New York City, where he worked for 25 years before retiring in 1969.
Mr. Tarantino served in the Navy during World War II.
Born in New York, he lived in Jersey City before moving to North Arlington 43 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Rose C.; a daughter, Sabina A. Hayzer; a son, Carl R.; a brother, Carmine, and four grandchildren.
John C. Gentile

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- Services will be scheduled in West Falmouth, Mass., for John C. Gentile, 79, of San Diego, a former New Jersey resident, who died here Tuesday.
Mr. Gentile held a variety of sales management positions with various companies in the wholesale steel industry before retiring in 1985.
In 1949, he graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University, Newark, N.J., with a degree in business administration. He was a founding member of the university's Georgian Society, the first nonsectarian fraternity.
Mr. Gentile was a member of the Army Specialized Training Program during World War II.
He served as chairman of the Watchung Recreation Commission, Watchung, N.J., and helped to create the Watchung Little League program. He was a founding member of the Watchung Optimist Club, and served as the clubs president in 1965. He was named New Jersey Man of the Year by the Optimist Club in 1992.
Born in Hartford, Conn., Mr. Gentile lived in Summit, N.J., Watchung, N.J., and Smithville, N.J., before moving to San Diego in 2001.
Surviving are his wife, Catherine; a daughter, Susan Work; a son, Ralph, and a sister, Dorothy Dougherty.
Margaret J. Curran

A Mass for Mrs. Margaret J. Curran, 86, of Clifton will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. Philip the Apostle Church, 797 Valley Rd., Clifton, after the funeral from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
Mrs. Curran died Wednesday in Merry Heart Nursing Home, Succasunna.
Employed by the Clifton school system for 22 years, she worked in the cafeteria at Woodrow Wilson Junior High School and Clifton High School.
She was a former member of the Rosary Society at St. Philip the Apostle Church.
Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Clifton since 1941.
Surviving are a son, Thomas E.; a daughter, Barbara Fetrow; sisters, Eileen Clarke and Mazie Gerardi; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
