A Mass for Mrs. Tecla M. Manganelli, 75, of Morris Township will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Stirling, after the funeral from the Valley Memorial Funeral Home, 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette.
Mrs. Manganelli died Wednesday in Morristown Memorial Hospital.
She was a librarian at Bailey Ellard High School in Morris Township for many years before retiring.
Born in Union City, she lived in Palisades Park before moving to Morris Township 21 years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Anthony; daughters, Ellen Tedesco and Carol DeBiasse; sons, Charles, John and Paul, and 17 grandchildren.
Joseph Lombardi, commissioner of Port Reading Fire District 2

Joseph Lombardi, 85, a lifelong resident of Port Reading, died yesterday at home.
A Mass will be at 9 a.m. tomorrow in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Port Reading, after the funeral from the Greiner-Costello Funeral Home, 44 Green St., Woodbridge.
Interment will be at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
Mr. Lombardi was employed with the Woodbridge Township Department of Parks and Recreation and the Middlesex County Department of Parks and Recreation before retiring. Earlier, he had been a chemical operator at the FMC Corp., Carteret, for many years.
He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Saint Anthony of Padua Church, the Knights of Columbus Don Bosco Council 5809 and the Port Reading Senior Citizens.
Mr. Lombardi was a former fire commissioner with Port Reading Fire District 2 and a member of the Sewaren-Port Reading Elite Association of Democrats (S.P.R.E.A.D).
Surviving are daughters, Ann Eak, Kathryn, Barbara Ryan and Karen Galesky; a brother, Alfred; a sister, Anna Mayorek; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Lori Jean Phillips

Miss Lori Jean Phillips, 43, of Bridgewater died yesterday in Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood.
Miss Phillips was a fleet manager with the former Hoechst-Celanese in Bridgewater for 15 years. Earlier, she worked for the Eddie Bauer store in Bridgewater and Oakite, Berkeley Heights.
Born in Plainfield, she lived in Fanwood and Bound Brook before moving to Bridgewater 10 years ago.
Surviving are her parents, Earl and Margaret Phillips; a brother, Roger D. Phillips, and sisters, Valerie Hardy and Ginger Balzer.
Sidney Poplasky

Services were private for Sidney Poplasky of Kenilworth, who died Sunday at home. Arrangements were by the Petruccelli Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
Mr. Poplasky was a sign painter for the City of Bayonne from 1974 to 1984, when he retired. Previously, he owned the Bayonne Sign Co. for 32 years.
Mr. Poplasky was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons in Westfield.
Born in Bayonne, he lived in Kenilworth for 22 years.
Surviving are his wife, Theresa; a brother, Stanley Poplaski, and sisters, Jean Baran and Helen Gueltig.

Mrs. Emily C. Szewczyk, 76, of Rahway died Wednesday in Rahway Hospital.
A Mass will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. John the Apostle Church, Clark, after the funeral from the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home, 211 Westfield Ave., Clark.
Born in Newark, Mrs. Szewczyk lived in Elizabeth and Clark for 45 years before moving to Rahway five years ago.

SEDALIA, Mo.-- Services were held for John Louis Cooper, 65, of Sedalia, a former New Jersey resident, who died here July 22 in the Four Season Living Center.
Mr. Sedalia was a warehouseman for Stahls Specialty Co. in Aurora, Ill., for many years before retiring. Previously, he worked at Aurora (Ill.) University as head custodian.
He served in the Army during the Vietnam War.
Born in Summit, N.J., he lived in Illinois before moving to Sedalia many years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Lou; sons, Harvey L. Knox, Michael Quilhot and Brandon Cooper; a stepdaughter, Freda Sims; brothers, Pernell, Frangene and Harold, and five grandchildren.
