Louis N. Merlucci, 59, of the Berkeley Township section of Toms River died yesterday at home.
A Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Toms River, after the funeral from the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Toms River, 26 Mule Road.
Mr. Merlucci was a line technician with Hoecht-Celanese Pharmaceutical Corp. in Somerville for 12 years before retiring in 1989.
Born in Newark, he lived in Dunellen before moving to Berkeley Township in 1977.
Surviving are his wife, Carole; a daughter, Gina Porcelli; a son, Marco, and a grandchild.
Betty Wallerstein

Mrs. Betty Wallerstein, 90, of Iselin died yesterday in the Mary Ann Hale Pavilion of Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison.
Services will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the Menorah Chapels at Millburn, 2950 Vaux Hall Rd., Union.
Mrs. Wallerstein was a secretary for the Raritan Bay Mental Health Center, Perth Amboy, for 20 years before retiring in 1987.
She was a member of the Senior Citizens of the Perth Amboy YMHA.
Born in New York City, Mrs. Wallerstein lived in the Bronx, N.Y. and East Paterson before moving to Iselin 40 years ago.
Surviving are sons, Martin and Norman; a daughter, Ronnie; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Ann Dolly Leibold

A Mass for Mrs. Ann Dolly Leibold, 69, of Punta Gorda, Fla., formerly of New Jersey, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Bernard's Church, Bridgewater. Arrangements are by the Bongiovi Funeral Home, Raritan.
Mrs. Leibold, who died Thursday in Punta Gorda, was a senior scientist at Ethicon, Raritan, where she worked for 27 years before retiring.
Born in Raritan, she moved to Lavallette in 1990 and to Punta Gorda in 1998.
Surviving are her husband, Howard; sisters, Lena Del Monte and Mary Demyan, and brothers, Frank and Dominick Papera.

Services for Mrs. Mary E. King, 95, of Elizabeth will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Shiloh Baptist Church, 95 Murray St., Elizabeth. Arrangements are by the Hicks Funeral Home, Elizabeth.
Mrs. King, who died Thursday at home, was a domestic worker in the Union county area and, earlier, in South Carolina, before retiring.
She was a member of the Golden Age Club of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Born in Florence, S.C., she moved to Elizabeth 37 years ago.
Surviving are daughters, Mattie Sanders, Lillie Mae Baggit, Margerite and Barbara Robinson and Sylvia Pritchard; sons, James and Nathan; 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Nicholas Ciccone, 89, a lifelong Newark resident, died yesterday in the Park Manor Nursing Home, Bloomfield.
A Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Francis Xavier Church, Newark, after the funeral from the Megaro Memorial Home, 503 Union Ave., Belleville.
Mr. Ciccone was a drill press operator for J. Wiss & Son, Newark, for 35 years before retiring 29 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Anna; a son, Neil, and a brother, John.
Frances M. Tortora

A Mass for Mrs. Frances M. Tortora, 85, of West Orange will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Philomena's Church, Livingston, after the funeral from the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mount Pleasant Ave., Livingston.
Mrs. Tortora died Saturday in Glenside Nursing Home, New Providence.
She was past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Jersey City.
Born in Jersey City, she lived in Secaucus before moving to West Orange three years ago.
Surviving are a son, George; a daughter, Mildred Whitney; a brother, Frank Bisceglia; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
