Fred H. Froehlich, 77, of Bayville died yesterday in Community Medical Center, Toms River.
A Mass will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Barnabas Church, Bayville, after the funeral from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Route 9, Bayville.
Mr. Froehlich owned and operated Industrial Catering in Summit for many years before retiring in 1987.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he served in the Atlantic and Pacific theatres and received three Battle stars.
He was a member of the U.S. Navy Armed Guard World War II Veterans, the U.S. Navy Memorial Foundation of Washington, D.C., and the USS Oklahoma City Association.
Mr. Froehlich was also a member of the Sonata Bay Club of Bayville.
Born in Irvington, he lived in Summit for 38 years before moving to Bayville 10 years ago.
Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Ruth; sons, Fred W., Robert P. and James S.; a daughter, Elizabeth Graebener, and four grandchildren.
John C. Bauder

A Mass for John C. Bauder, 73, of Blairstown will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Judes Church, Blairstown. Arrangements are by Newbaker Funeral Home, Blairstown.
Mr. Bauder, who died Sunday in Hackettstown Community Hospital, worked in the clothing manufacturing industry in the Newark area before retiring.
Born in Newark, he moved to Blairstown 11 years ago.
Mr. Bauder is survived by a brother, Harry.
Dorothy L. Burde

Mrs. Dorothy L. Burde of Belleville died yesterday at home.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Christ Episcopal Church, 393 Washington Ave., Belleville.
Mrs. Burde was a member of the Altar Guild at Christ Episcopal Church.
She was a former member of the AREME chapter of Order of Eastern Star and the advisory board of Rainbow Girls, both of Belleville.
Born in Pittsburgh, Mrs. Burde lived in Belleville for 58 years.
Surviving are her husband, Dr. Palmer D. Burde; a daughter, Barbara Anne Lake; sons, P. Donald and Kenneth R.; sisters, Letitia Glackin and Carol Lynn Rodwich; brothers, Robert and William Unrath Jr.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
James A. Burke

James A. 'Blackie' Burke, 79, of Manahawkin died March 9 in Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin.
Mr. Burke was an installer and repairman with the New Jersey Bell Telephone Co. for 39 years before retiring in 1983.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he served aboard the USS Bryant.
Mr. Burke was a member of American Legion Post 232 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10019, both of Barnegat.
He was a former volunteer emergency medical technician with Green Brook Rescue Squad and a member of the Green Brook Board of Education for eight years. Mr. Burke was also a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Born in Plainfield, he lived in Green Brook for 37 years before moving to Manahawkin in 1987.
Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Beulah B.; sons, James C. and Jeffrey; daughters, Janet Tumolo and Jacquelyn Goldberg; a brother, Joseph; sisters, Betty Kochan and Carol Gilligan; 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Services for Mrs. Mary Mongiovi, 87, of Cedar Grove will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St., Montclair.
Mrs. Mongiovi, who died Monday in the Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville, was a cafeteria worker at Verona High School for many years before retiring in 1978.
Born in Newark, she lived in Verona, Sunrise, Fla., and Toms River before moving to Cedar Grove.
Surviving are sons, Sam and Michael; a daughter, Rose; sisters, Josephine Aiello, Genevieve DeLucca, Lucy Berstler and Louise Johnson; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Richard Perez, 45, of South Amboy died yesterday in Saint Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick.
Services will be at 8 o'clock tomorrow evening in The Gundrum Service Home for Funerals, 237 Bordentown Ave., South Amboy.
Mr. Perez was a dairy manager for Pathmark, Irvington, where he worked for the past 27 years.
Born in Newark, he moved to South Amboy five years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Fatima; daughters, Angelica, Gladys and Cynthia Vargas; a son, Jose Santiago; his parents, Ricardo and Ramona Perez; a brother, Jose, and sisters, Carmen, Julita Chaviano and Nancy.
