LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A memorial service for Mrs. Mildred A. Dorn, 86, of Lawrenceville, N.J., will be held here at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, Sutphin and Makefield roads.
Arrangements are by the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville.
Mrs. Dorn, who died Tuesday in the Chandler Hall Health Services, Newtown Township, was an office manager with the A.K. Lasser Co., New York City, for 11 years before retiring in 1957.
Born in the Bronx, she lived in Scotch Plains, N.J., before moving to Lawrenceville two years ago.
Surviving is a brother, Allen Anderson.
Arthur L. Early

A Mass for Arthur L. Early, 63, of Jersey City will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph’s Church, Jersey City, after the funeral from the McLaughlin Funeral Home, 625 Pavonia Ave., Jersey City.
Mr. Early, who died Wednesday in St. Michael’s Medical Center, Newark, worked in the security department of Transfer Print Foils, New Brunswick. Previously, he had been a mechanic with the Tullo Oil Co., Jersey City, and owned the Sweet Tooth confectionery store, Jersey City, from 1968 to 1983.
He served in the Marine Corps from 1958 to 1962.
Born in Lyndhurst, Mr. Early lived in Jersey City for most of his life.
Surviving re his wife, Rose; a son, Joseph; a daughter, Lisa; four sisters, Mrs. Theresa Person, Mrs. Joan Happel, Mrs. Carol Murtha and Linda; four brothers, John, Thomas, James and Robert, and two grandchildren.
George Polinko Sr.

A Divine Liturgy for George Polinko Sr., 94, of Fords will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hillside, after the funeral from the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords.
Mr. Polinko, who died Wednesday in John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Edison, was a machinist with the ITT Corp., Nutley, for 25 years before retiring in 1967. Earlier, he had been a coal miner in Kulpmont, Pa., for many years.
Mr. Polinko was a member of the Holy Name Society of Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church.
He had been a professional baseball player, reaching the Triple A level in Pennsylvania.
Born in Midvalley, Pa., he lived in Newark before moving to Fords in 1967.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Deloris Jackson; a son, George Jr.; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Frank J. Fusto

A Mass for Frank J. Fusto, 67, of Lyndhurst will be offered at 9 a.m. tomorrow in Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst, after the funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, 403 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst.
Mr. Fusto, who died Wednesday at home, was an operator for Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, for 40 years before retiring in 1998.
Born in Palisades Park, he lived in Lyndhurst for 64 years.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy M., and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Heffernan, Mrs. Mary McKenzie, Mrs. Catherine Dugo and Mrs. Josephine Giampoala.
Katie Marie Fitzgerald

A memorial service for Ms. Katie Marie Fitzgerald, 22, of Raubsville, Pa., a former New Jersey resident, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Alexandria First Presbyterian Church of Mount Pleasant, 141 Little York-Mount Pleasant Rd., Alexandria Township.
Ms. Fitzgerald, who died Wednesday at home, was a dog groomer at Holland Hills Kennel in Holland Township.
She attended Union County College in Cranford, where she played basketball.
Born in Englewood Cliffs, she lived in Rahway, Scotch Plains and Holland Township before recently moving to Raubsville.
Surviving are her father and stepmother, Edward and Joanne Fitzgerald; her mother and stepfather, Kathleen and Raymond Krov; a brother, James Fitzgerald; a stepbrother, Raymond Krov; a stepsister, Linda Rae Krov, and grandparents, Mrs. Irene Fitzgerald, Lawrence and Dolores Nadler and Mrs. Lillian Krov.
Nickie Clarke

Services for Ms. Nickie C. Clarke, 27, of Rahway will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the Bible Way Deliverance Center, 1149 St. Georges Ave., Roselle. Arrangements are by the G.G. Woody Funeral Home, Roselle.
Ms. Clarke died Sunday in University Hospital, Newark, from injuries received after she threw herself in front of a motorcycle to protect her three-year-old son, Richard Vick, from the cycle’s path. The accident occurred at Weequahic Park in Newark when a stunt rider lost control of his motorcycle.
Ms. Clarke was a receptionist at Pressler & Pressler, a law firm in East Hanover.
Born in Elizabeth, she was a lifelong resident of Rahway.
Surviving are another son, Tashir Taylor; her father, Fred L. Clarke Jr.; three sisters, Lawand, Iesha and Elaine Clarke; a brother, Daina Cherry; her grandmother, Mrs. Jean Cherry, and her grandfather, Plemmie Lawson.
Mary Joyce

A Mass for Mrs. Mary Joyce, 47, of Edison will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Helena’s Church, Edison, following the funeral from the Gosselin Funeral Home, 660 New Dover Rd., Edison. Interment
will be at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
Mrs. Joyce, who died Wednesday in the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, Edison, was a teacher at the Oak Tree Nursery School in Edison for seven years.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Marywood College, Scranton, Pa., in 1975.
Born in Philadelphia, she moved to Edison 22 years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Edmund; a son, Kevin E.; two daughters, Kerry and Brynn; two brothers, Michael and Thomas Dennery, and two sisters, Mrs. Eileen Broer and Mrs. Joan Casey.
