A Mass for Mrs. Helen Dugas of South Orange will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, South Orange, following the funeral from the Joseph W. Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange.
Mrs. Dugas died Saturday in West Caldwell Care Center.
She was a member of South Orange Senior Citizens.
Born in Louisiana, she lived in South Orange for 50 years.
Surviving are two sons, Ronald and Warren; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Lanzl; two sisters, Mrs. Olga Legue and Mrs. Vivian Grasso; a brother, Elmo Fauria; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mildred Di Cataldo, 87

A Mass for Mrs. Mildred Di Cataldo, 87, of Wall will be offered at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. Catharine’s Church, Spring Lake, following the funeral from the O’Brien Funeral Home, Route 35, Wall.
Mrs. Di Cataldo died Saturday in the Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.
She was a seamstress in Newark before retiring many years ago.
Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Old Bridge before moving to Wall two years ago.
Surviving are two sons, Nicholas and Peter; four brothers, Joseph, Tony, Peter and Sam Grippardi; a sister, Mrs. Nancy Dalvesio; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Costas N. Dadouris

A memorial service for Costas N. Dadouris, 69, of Clinton will be conducted at 6:30 o’clock tomorrow evening in the Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main St., Lebanon.
Mr. Dadouris died Saturday in the Harborside Healthcare-Woods Edge, Bridgewater.
He was a sixth grade teacher for the Perth Amboy Board of Education for 25 years before retiring. Before that, he owned and operated Gus’s Luncheonette, Perth Amboy.
Mr. Dadouris received his bachelor of arts degree in 1973 from Kean University, Union.
He served with the Air Force during the Korean War.
Mr. Dadouris was a state high school football official.
Born in Perth Amboy, he lived there until moving to Clinton three years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Audrey; two sons, James N. and Rick; a daughter, Mrs. Vicki Krysiak, and nine grandchildren.
Theresa F. Davidson

Mrs. Theresa F. Davidson, 84, of Laurence Harbor died yesterday in the Somerset Medical Center, Somerville.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in The Gundrum Service “Home for Funerals,” 237 Bordentown Ave., South Amboy. Entombment will be in Clover Leaf Memorial Park Mausoleum, Woodbridge.
Mrs. Davidson was a member of the Laurence Harbor Senior Citizens.
Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Laurence Harbor for 37 years.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Agnes R. Jankowy.
Robert B. Cross Sr.

A memorial service for Robert B. Cross Sr., 65, of Pottersville will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Gladstone. Arrangements are by the Bailey Funeral Home, Peapack.
Mr. Cross, who died Saturday at home, was vice president of the TOA-RE Insurance Co., Morristown, where he worked for 20 years before retiring last year.
A 1957 business management graduate of the University of South Carolina, he was a baseball player and president of Kappa Sigma there.
He served in the Army from 1957 to 1959.
Mr. Cross served on the Boonton Board of Education from 1972 to 1974. He was a member and treasurer of St. John the Divine, Hasbrouck Heights, a member of the Rockaway River Country Club and a director of the Boonton-Mountain Lakes-Rockaway Valley Boys Baseball League.
Born in Orange, Mr. Cross lived in Boonton and Maplewood before moving to Pottersville three years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Gail; two sons, Robert B. Jr. and Michael S.; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara C. Couri and Mrs. Joanne C. Links; a brother, Peter L., and 12 grandchildren.
David Crayne

DECATUR, Ga. - Services for David Crayne, 77, of Atlanta, a former New Jersey resident, will be held here at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the Kelly & Leak Chapel, 2321 Candler Rd.
Mr. Crayne, who died Tuesday in the Atlanta Medical Center, was a prosthetist and orthotist with Rainko Orthopedic, Inc., Fair Lawn, N.J., for many years before retiring. In 1942, he was the first African-American to be certified as a prosthetist in New Jersey.
Born in Asbury Park, N.J., he lived in Newark, N.J., before moving to Atlanta in 1993.
Surviving are his wife, Norma; a daughter, Mrs. Cheryl Williams; a brother, Clarence, and five grandchildren.
Frank Chaplinski

Arrangements will be private for Frank Chaplinski, 93, of Kingwood Township, who died Saturday in the Little Brook Nursing Home, Lebanon Township.
Arrangements are by the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
Mr. Chaplinski was employed by the Smith-Kline & French Pharmaceutical Co., New Brunswick, for many years before retiring.
Born in Lvov, Poland, he lived in Franklin and Bricktown before moving to Kingwood four years ago.
Surviving are a son, Francis M.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
