BERNARDS -- Chris R. Felsheim, 78, of Basking Ridge died Saturday at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Born in Nurenburg, Germany, he lived in Newton 15 years and was a longtime Ewing resident before moving to Basking Ridge.
He retired from Princeton University as a technical associate in its mechanical and aerospace engineering department in 1983. He was a member of Trenton Movie Makers and Princeton Get-Away Club.
He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Beatrice P. Pyle Felsheim; a daughter, Anne Aronovitch of Basking Ridge; two sons, David of Browns Mills, and Martin of Trenton; a sister, Margaret Couse of Trenton; a brother, Joseph of Mt. Laurel; two sisters-in-law, Rose Felsheim of Sparta and Dorothy Kane of Newton; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Presbyterian Church of Ewing, Trenton.
Interment will follow at Ewing Church cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.

Caroline G. Gross

EWING -- Caroline G. Gross, 85, died Sunday at the Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Hartford, Conn., she was a 72-year Trenton area resident.
A Rider College graduate, she was president of the Henry and Augusta Gross Foundation and was a member of the Contemporary Club and Har Sinai Temple.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Irene Long Gottlieb and wife of the late Arthur H. Gross, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Henry II and Nancy Gross of Princeton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joan and Dr. I. David Popkin of Yardley, Pa., and Irene and Bruce Schragger of Lawrenceville; six grandchildren, James and John Schragger, Nancy and N.R. Popkin and David Gross and Arthur H. Gross; two great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Orland's Ewing Memorial Chapel, 1534 Pennington Road, with Rabbi Morton Rosenthal officiating.
Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
Period of mourning will be observed Tuesday at Dr. and Mrs. I. David Popkin's residence, Yardley, Pa.

Margaret Borm Betham

MORRISVILLE, Pa. -- Margaret Marie Borm Betham, 51, died Saturday at Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a 25-year Levittown resident before moving to Morrisville in 1994.
A homemaker, she delivered The Trenton Times for her area. She was a former member of Faith Baptist Church, Fairless Hills.
Daughter of the late Joseph M. and Anna Elizabeth Borm and sister of the late Josephine Gandolphi, she is survived by a son, Robert Kyle Betham of Morrisville; a daughter, Anna Elizabeth Betham of Langhorne; her companion, John Stong of Levittown; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Florence and Larry Dann of Florida, Alice Renna of Levittown, Thelma and Frank Nardella of Philadelphia and Mary Anna and Robert Ward of Levittown; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be noon Wednesday at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, N.J.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. until service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Richard E. Werts

HAMILTON -- Richard E. Werts, 73, died Monday at home.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Werts was a Navy veteran of World War II and retired as an installer and supervisor with New Jersey Bell.
He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 491 and New Jersey Bell Telephone Pioneers. He was a founder of Yardville First Aid Squad.
Son of the late Charles and Florence Whitecraft Werts, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard E. II and Marianne Werts of Yardville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Gary Batko of Alexandria, Va., and Linda and Anthony Fluder of Mount Laurel; a sister, Dorothy Merkin; eight grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday from Buklad Memorial Chapel, 30 Yardville Allentown Road, Yardville, with the Rev. Stanley W. Krzyston, pastor of St. Vincent DePaul Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. until service Friday at the funeral home.

Dean A. Sievers

CRANBURY -- Dean A. Sievers, 52, died Tuesday at The Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Madison, S.D., he lived in Howard, S.D., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the Chicago area and Cincinnati before moving to Cranbury four years ago.
He worked at Van Waters & Rogers Co., Woodbridge, since 1971, where he was Northeastern Regional vice president for the past four years.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Son of the late Jake and Anita Pauline King Sievers and brother of the late Deniece Stangohr, he is survived by his wife, Susan Sievers; a son, John, and two daughters, Sara and Taryn, all at home; three brothers, Dennis Sievers of Sioux Falls, S.D., Dwayne Sievers of Winfred, S.D., and Douglas Sievers of Eagle, Wis.; and other relatives.
Funeral will be Saturday at Willoughby Funeral Home, Howard S.D.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at A.S. Cole Funeral Home, 22 N. Main St.

Florence S. Schieber

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Florence S. Schieber, 74, died Sunday in Cape Coral.
Born in Bloomsbury, N.J., she was a longtime Bucks County, Pa., resident before moving to Florida.
She worked for the New Jersey Treasury Department for 35 years.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, George E. Schieber of Cape Coral; and a son, Kurt G. Schieber of Cape Coral.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society.
Funeral will be private.

Dennis M. Santangelo

FALLS, Pa. -- Dennis M. Santangelo, 41, died Tuesday at home.
Born in Bristol, he was a lifelong resident of Levittown before moving to Falls seven years ago.
He worked with Compass Display and Promotion Co., Trenton, and for many years was a security police officer for the Pennsbury School District.
He was a member of Levittown Fire Co. 1, serving as assistant treasurer, assistant chief and deputy chief, and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
He enjoyed antique cars.
He was a 1976 graduate of Pennsbury High School.
Son of the late Daniel and Dorothy Demyon Santangelo, he is survived by his wife of 16 years, Marion M. Mennel Santangelo; a son, Michael Christopher, and a daughter, Amanda Marie, both at home; three brothers, Daniel J. Santangelo of Venice, Fla., David C. Santangelo of Denver, Pa., and Donald A. Santangelo of Fallsington; and other relatives.
Funeral will be 9 to 10 a.m. Friday from James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Trenton Road, Levittown. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Church.
Rite of Committal will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
