ROBERT W. HARMER III, 4, of Brick, died Nov. 25, 2002 in Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Brick, he attended the Primary Learning Center of Brick and the Children’s Specialized Hospital of Toms River for therapy. Surviving are his parents, Robert W. Jr. and Tracey L. Joggerst Harmer; two sisters Cathrine Harmer and Cynthia King, both of Brick; his grandparents, Robert W. Sr. and JoyAnn Harmer of Jackson, Cynthia Sisco of Howell, and Robert Sisco of Seaside Heights, and John W. Sr. and Gayle Dennis of Little Egg Harbor; great-grandparents, Walter and Lillian Harmer of Toms River; uncles, Michael Dennis of Howell, and John Dennis Jr. of Little Egg Harbor; his aunts and uncle, JulieAnn and Dave Vaughn of New Egypt, Plumsted Township, and Kathryn Dennis of Howell; and a large extended family. A Mass was offered at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, Brick. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lakewood.
ELEANORE JAREMA, 82, of Bound Brook died Nov. 26, 2002 at home. Surviving are a son, Joseph V. Jarema of Brick; a daughter, Dolores Johana Moore of Santa Fe, N.M.; a brother, Vincent Jurkowski of Carbondale, Pa.; and four grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, Bound Brook. CRAIG A. REINHARDT, 58, of Brick died Nov. 26, 2002 at home. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Point Pleasant Beach before moving to Brick three years ago. He was a self-employed telecommunications consultant throughout the United States for 20 years. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1961 to 1965. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Rowe Reinhardt; two sons, Daniel C. Reinhardt of Bridgewater, and Sean C. Reinhardt of New York City; a step-daughter, Keri Anderson of Brick; a brother, Ronald R. Reinhardt of Brooklyn; and three grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Dominic’s Church, Brick. Interment was private. Colonial Funeral Home, Brick, was in charge of arrangements.
MARGARET A PACE FALCONE, 81, of Brick, died Nov. 28, 2002 at Meridian Nursing Home, Brick. Born in Newark, she lived there before moving to Brick 29 years ago. Mrs. Falcone was a homemaker. She was a member of the Shore Acres Club; the Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8867, Brick; the Hummingbirds of Brick; and the Italian American War Veterans Auxiliary, Newark. She was a communicant of Visitation Roman Catholic Church, Brick. She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore Falcone, in 1976; a brother, Gerald Lodato; and three sisters, Philomena Keenoy, Carolina Pannullo and Ann Mullaney. Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Louis W. and Maria Falcone of Brick, and John A. Falcone of Ventnor; a daughter, Anne Marie Dries of Brick; three brothers, Alfonse Lodato of Roselle Park, John Lodato of Newark, and Joseph Lodato of Port Reading, Woodbridge; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Weatherhead Young Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. A Mass was offered at Visitation Church, followed by interment at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
KEITH "B-MAN" "JAKE" JACKOB, 50, of Brick died Nov. 28, 2002 at his mountain home in Virginia. Born in Point Pleasant, he lived in Brick, Lakewood, and Little Egg Harbor, before moving to Joansville, Va. He was a carpenter for Carpenters Local 2018 in Ocean County for many years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion Post 348, Brick, and Post 493, Little Egg Harbor. He was a member of the MTS Band, Little Egg Harbor. Surviving are a son, Gus of Little Egg Harbor; his former wife, Denise Connolly Jackob of Little Egg Harbor; a brother, Ronald of Brick; four sisters, Holly Scerbo of Brick, Joyce Grucca of Allentown, Robin Gottlick of Jackson, and Audrey Eckert of New Hampshire; and several nieces and nephews; and grandnieces and grandnephews. Services were arranged by Colonial Funeral Home, Brick. A private cremation was held.
FLORENCE GOOD, 49, of Brick died Dec. 2, 2002 in the Medical Center of Ocean County, Brick. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she resided in Lakewood before moving to Brick. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Rose Good; and three brothers, Sidney, Leonard and Norman Good. Surviving are a sister, Lillian Geller; three nephews; three nieces; and three great-nieces. Graveside services were held at Old Montefiore Cemetery, St. Albans, Queens, N.Y. Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
MARY McFARLANE, 102, of Brick died Dec. 3, 2002 in Laurelton Village Nursing Home, Brick. Born in Perth Amboy, she lived in Staten Island, N.Y. before moving to Edgewater, Fla., and then to Brick 17 years ago. She was a member of Deborah and the Heritage and Women’s Clubs of Leisure Village East. She was predeceased by a sister, Julia Allen. Surviving are a sister, Helen Campbell of Brick; and many nieces and nephews all over the country. A Mass was offered at Holy Family Church, Lakewood. Interment was in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Staten Island.
ROBERT W. MARLER, 57, of Brick died Dec. 2, 2002 in the Medical Center of Ocean County, Brick. Born in East Orange, he lived in Linden before moving to Brick in 1978. He was a field representative for the State Department of Health and Senior Services. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Community Baptist Church, Neptune. Surviving are his wife, Janis; two sons, Robert of Minneapolis, Minn., and Brandon of New York City; two daughters, Kate of Toms River, and Elizabeth of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a sister, Debra Gallop of San Antonio, Texas; and four grandchildren. Pable-Evertz Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. A memorial service was held at Community Baptist Church, Shark River Hills.
