ALMA SMALLHEER, 70, of Crestwood Village I, Whiting, MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, died Monday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. She was a saleswoman for Stern's Department Store, Wayne Township, for 20 years, retiring in 1983. Mrs. Smallheer was born in Paterson and lived in Pompton Lakes before moving to Crestwood Village I in 1985.
Her husband, Philip, died in 1991. Surviving are a niece, Linda McCann, Montclair; and two nephews, Lee Wintermute, Sarasota, Fla., and Alan Wintermute, New York. Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, Whiting, is in charge of arrangements.
ANNA MARIE HORTON, 78, of MANASQUAN

ANNA MARIE HORTON, 78, of MANASQUAN, died Sunday at Point Pleasant Hospital. She was a cashier at Grand Union Supermarket, Brick Township, for 15 years, retiring in 1985. Born in Manhattan, she lived in Roselle Park before moving to Manasquan 41 years ago.
She was predeceased by her husband, David W., and a daughter, Patricia Horton. Surviving are two sons, John H., Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Richard D., Manasquan; a daughter, Nancy Horton DeGraw, Manasquan; two sisters, Alice and Helen; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Neary-Quinn Funeral Home, Manasquan, is in charge of arrangements.

ANNELLA A. RAMPONE CAMPTON, 75, of BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP, died Monday at home. She was a factory worker for George W. Helme, Helmetta, for 25 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Helmetta. Mrs. Campton was born in New Brunswick and lived in Helmetta, Bayville, Berkeley Township, and in Pine Beach before moving to Barnegat in 1997.
Her husband, Joseph, died in 1982. Surviving are a son, Wayne P., Barnegat; and two grandchildren. Bugbee-Riggs Funeral Home, Barnegat, is in charge of arrangements.
ANTHONY MICLIZ, of Lincoln Park, and Amsterdam, Holland

ANTHONY MICLIZ, of Lincoln Park, and Amsterdam, Holland, formerly of JACKSON TOWNSHIP, died Jan. 6 at home in Holland. He spent his professional career in the field of public accounting and established his own firm in 1990. He was a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Rider College in 1976. He had nearly completed a juris doctor degree at Rutgers Law School, Newark, when he became disabled in a motor vehicle accident in 1993. Mr. Micliz was born in Newark and lived in Menlo Park, Edison Township, and in Jackson Township.
Surviving are his mother, Catherine, Lakewood; two brothers, Richard, Lakewood, and Carmen, Jackson; a sister, Jean, Toms River; and his grandmother, Jean Nunes, Forked River, Lacey Township.
CARLTON D. ROBBINS, 82, of BERKELEY TOWNSHIP

CARLTON D. ROBBINS, 82, of Holiday City at Berkeley, BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died Monday at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. He was a salesman for Heyniger Brothers Hardware, Wall Township, retiring in 1982. Prior to that, he was a lab technician at Bendix Corp., Eatontown. During World War II, he served with the Signal Corps at Camp Evans, Wall. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Moxley-Abacus Masonic Lodge 78, Eatontown, and was a shriner with Crescent Shrine Temple, Trenton. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Toms River, and the Holiday City at Berkeley Variety and Drama Club. He was a scouting advisor with the Cub Scouts and the Air Scouts, Long Branch. Mr. Robbins was born in Long Branch and lived there and in Oakhurst, Ocean Township, before moving to Berkeley 12 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Theodoris Loveland Robbins; a son, Jeffrey D., Manchester Township; a sister, Marian Stuart, Erial, Gloucester Township; and two grandsons. Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements.
CATHERINE R. WILSON, 95, of BEACHWOOD

CATHERINE R. WILSON, 95, of BEACHWOOD, died Monday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. She was a cashier for the Community Theater, Toms River, for five years, and later for the Beachwood Diner, for five years, retiring in 1978. She was a communicant of St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville, Berkeley Township, a member of the Ladies Beachwood Seniors, the Democratic Club, Beachwood, and a former member of the Toms River Elks Lodge 1875 Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Wilson was born in Offenbach, Germany, and came to the United States in 1902, living in Newark, Orange and in Irvington before moving to Beachwood in 1954.
Her husband, Albert A. Sr., died in 1964, her son, Albert A. Jr., in 1994, and her daughter, Marie Wilson Kohlbecker, in 1980. Surviving are a son, James Andreas, Ocean City; two brothers, Paul Mulligan, Beachwood, and Anthony Mulligan, Manahawkin, Stafford Township; a sister, Louise Rifkin, Brick Township; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements.

GERALDINE "SWEETIE" FREDMAN, 62, of TUCKERTON, died Monday at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin. Mrs. Fredman was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. and lived in Brick Township before moving to Tuckerton 11 years ago.
Her husband, John F. Jr., died in 1996. Surviving are six sons, John F. III, Jackson Township, Stephen F., Freehold, Frank J., and Dennis, both Ventura, Calif., Peter J., Toms River, and Anthony, Tuckerton; two daughters, Stephanie Fredman, at home, and Denise Fredman, Mt. Holly; a brother, Joseph Bonk, Croydon, Pa.; a sister, Rose Searcy, Long Branch; and 17 grandchildren. Maxwell Funeral Home, Little Egg Harbor, is in charge of arrangements.
