JACOBA G. MOOIMAN, 88, of Windsor, whose daughter lives in MANAHAWKIN, died yesterday at the Medical Center at Princeton. She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, Hamilton Square. Mrs. Mooiman was born in Noordwijkerhoudt, Netherlands and lived in Windsor since 1947.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Jacobus J.; a daughter, Wilhelmina Johanna Cunha, Manahawkin; a son, Engelbert J., Windsor; a sister, Maria DeRotten, the Netherlands; and three grandchildren. Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, Hightstown, is in charge of arrangements.
JAMES J. NOBEL, 89, of Beach Haven Park, LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP

JAMES J. NOBEL, 89, of Beach Haven Park, LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP, died Monday at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin, Stafford Township. He worked for New Jersey Bell Telephone Co., Newark and Atlantic City, since 1926, becoming manager of the Haddonfield office in 1947. He opened the Long Beach Island office in 1955 and served as manager until his retirement in 1973. He was president of the Haddonfield and Long Beach Island Rotary Club, andwas a Paul Harris Fellow. He was vice president of the Haddonfield Civic Association, former council commissioner of the Boy Scouts of Camden County, chairman of the Juvenile Conference Committee of Long Beach Island, and vice president and director of the Long Beach Island Board of Trade. He was chairman of the Southern Ocean County Hospital Foundation, and chairman of its board of trustees. Mr. Nobel was born in Jersey City and lived in Haddonfield before moving to Beach Haven Park in 1955. He was a winter resident of Lake Worth, Fla., for the past 15 years.
His daughter, Nancy Nobel, died in 1976. Surviving are his wife, Helene O'Neill Noble; two sons, Kevin "Pat", Haddonfield, and James J., Ship Bottom; a brother, Donald J., Whiting, Manchester Township; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, Manahawkin, is in charge of arrangements.
JEAN HALPERN, 89, of BRICK TOWNSHIP

JEAN HALPERN, 89, of BRICK TOWNSHIP, died Sunday at Ocean Pavilion Nursing Home, Brick. She was employed by Western Electric, Kearny, for 30 years, retiring 20 years ago. Miss Halpern was born in New York City and lived in Bayonne and in Jersey City before moving to Brick 20 years ago.
There are no known survivors. Leon J. Gerity Funeral Home, Woodbridge Township, was in charge of arrangements.

JOSEPH A. NESSER, 75, of Leisure Knoll, MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, died Monday at home. He was a travel agent and the owner and operator of Town & Country, Fairfield, for 25 years, retiring in 1986. He was a Coast Guard veteran from 1942 to 1945, a member of the Disabled Veterans, the Italian-American Club of Leisure Knoll, and St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Lakehurst. Mr. Nesser was born in Jersey City and lived in Little Falls before moving to Leisure Knoll 11 years ago.
Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Corrine Migliore Nesser; two daughters, Janet DeSantis, San Diego, and Marilyn Koziol, Kinnelon; and three grandchildren. Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, Lakehurst, is in charge of arrangements.
JOSEPH KALBA, 81, of POINT PLEASANT

JOSEPH KALBA, 81, of POINT PLEASANT, died Monday at Ocean Nursing Pavilion, Brick Township. He was a mechanic at Mack Truck Co., Elizabeth, for 28 years, retiring in 1974. He was a World War II Army veteran, and received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. He was a member of the American Legion Post 196, and the Elks Lodge 1860, both of Point Pleasant Beach, and the Ukranian American Veterans Post 6, Irvington. Mr. Kalba was born in Jersey City and lived in Irvington before moving to Point Pleasant in 1970.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Mary Dudak Kalba; a son, Joseph R., Old Bridge Township; a brother, John, Hendersonville, N.C.; and three grandchildren. Colonial Funeral Home, Brick, is in charge of arrangements.

JOSEPH T. CERAN, 45, of Voorhees, whose parents live in BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died Monday at West Jersey Hospital, Marlton. He was a chef at Chammps Restaurant, Marlton for several years. He was a graduate of Atlantic Culinary School, Atlantic City. Mr. Ceran was born in Jersey City and had lived in Voorhees for several years.
Surviving are his parents, Joseph and Mary Prezwodek Ceran, Berkeley Township; and three brothers, Allan, Los Angeles, Paul Ceran, Long Valley, and Clifford, Marlton. Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements.

KATHLEEN A. KNAPP CORRAO, 46, of JACKSON TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was a flight attendant with Business Express Airlines, Portsmouth, N.H., for the past 11 months. She was a leader and administrator for the Girl Scouts of America in the Greater Syracuse area for more than 15 years. She was a certified C.P.R. instructor, and a member of the Association of Flight Attendants. Mrs. Corrao was born in Syracuse, N.Y., and lived there before moving to Jackson one year ago.
Surviving are her husband, Richard G.; four daughters, Carol Susan Corrao, Lombard, Ill., Brandalyn Alyce Young, Eustis, Fla., Jessica Katherine Corrao, East Syracuse, N.Y., and Sarah Anne Corrao, Jackson; two brothers, Charles M. and Allen Knapp, both of Florida; four sisters, Patricia Harrington, Verona, N.Y., Brenda J. Vohs, Jamesville, N.Y., Katherine Senke, East Syracuse, and Dawn M. Knapp, Cary, N.C.; and a granddaughter. George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson, is in charge of arrangements.
