Laurance "Bub" Hambleton
DELAWARE TOWNSHIP, NJ - Laurance "Bub " Hambleton, age 77 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Saturday, March 24, 2012 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born May 29, 1934, son of the late Gregory and Martha Kelly Hambleton, he had resided in Delaware Township since 1968.
He had formerly worked as a mixer at the Flemington Feed Mill, Flemington, NJ and as a laborer at Rexham, Raritan Township, NJ. Known as the "Ice Man, " Bub assisted with parking at the Flemington Fairgrounds for many years. He was also a founder of the Delaware Township Athletic Association.
His wife, Joan Matthews Hambleton, died in 1993 and a son, Larry Stewart Hambleton, died in 2004. He was also pre-deceased by two brothers, James and Warren as well as two sisters, Bette and Kay.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Elcy Hambleton of Hillsborough, NJ and Craig and Linda Hambleton of Dover, NJ; a daughter, Kelly Hambleton of Stockton, NJ; a brother, Mick Hambleton of Pittstown, NJ; and four grandchildren, Darren Hambleton, Jamie Lee Hambleton, Jon Hambleton and Luisa Perico.
Funeral Services will take place Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.

Ryan Timothy Alley
RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Ryan Timothy Alley, age 25 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, March 23, 2012 in Helene Fuld Medical Center, Trenton, NJ, as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident.
Born in Raritan Township, NJ, May 9, 1986, he had resided in Hunterdon County all his life. A 2004 graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Flemington, NJ and Raritan Valley Community College, he was currently a Junior and Dean's List student at the College of New Jersey, Trenton, NJ, majoring in International Business.
Ryan was a passionate guitar player and loved physical fitness.
Surviving are his parents, Bonnie Wolfe Alley of Raritan Township, NJ, and Timothy Alley and his wife, Mary, of Stockton, NJ; his grandparents, Mildred Wolfe of Ringoes, NJ and Thomas Wolfe and his wife, Caroline, of Bassett, VA; the "love of his life", Katie Nguyen, of Flemington, NJ; his uncles, Lanny Wolfe of Edison, NJ, William Alley of Vermont, James Alley of Florida and his aunt, Nancy Murray of North Carolina.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 30, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ, followed by interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ. Calling hours will be Thursday 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.

Mable Totten
FORT PIERCE, FL - Mable Totten, age 92 years, of Fort Pierce, FL, died on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at her home.
Born in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, March 15, 1920, daughter of the late Patrick and Esther Kline Ferris, she had resided in Ringoes, NJ from 1934-1987 when she moved to Florida.
A Homemaker, she was a member of the United Methodist Church, Fort Piece, FL and was a former member of the Larison's Corner Presbyterian Church, Larison's Corner, NJ.
Her husband, James Totten, died in 2000.
Surviving are a daughter, Connie Walker of Fort Pierce, FL; three sons, James M. Totten of Williamson, GA, Ronald P. Totten of Ringoes, NJ and Bruce R. Totten of Flemington, NJ; a brother, Carlton Ferris of Albuquerque, NM; a sister, Jacqueline Holcombe of Stockton, NJ; ten grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Frances C. Pierman
DELAWARE TOWNSHIP, NJ - Frances C. Pierman, age 81 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Friday, March 30, 2012, in Neshaminy Manor, Warrington, PA.
Born in Morrisville, PA, October 21, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Christian and Helen McCue Drews.
She was a homemaker, and also a singer of country and western music known as Rocky Drews.
Surviving are her husband, Charles J. Pierman; two daughters, Suzanne P. Weaver of Doylestown, PA, and Sandra Furmanek and her husband, Frank, of Warren Glen, NJ; two sons, Charles J. Pierman, Jr. and his wife, Susan, of Locktown, NJ, and Christian D. Pierman and his wife, Peggy, of Cornersville, TN; a sister, Dorothy McIlhenny of Clinton, MO; eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at 10:30 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment

Thomas A. Titus
READINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ - Thomas A. Titus, age 69 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Frenchtown, NJ, February 15, 1943, son of the late Norman A. and Pauline V. Anderson Titus, he was a lifelong area resident.
A 1961 graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Mr. Titus was a Bus Driver for Hunterdon Central for over twenty six years. He was member of the National Rifle Association; the John Birch Society; and the NJEA.
An avid bowler, he was a member of the US Bowling Congress.
Surviving are his wife of forty-seven years, Lyndalee Ketcham Titus; a son and daughter-in-law, Norman K. and Carlye Titus of Columbia, TN; a daughter and son-in-law, Camie Lynn and Christian Sanchez of Readington Township, NJ; four grandchildren, Liam Titus, Arriana Sanchez, Sawyer Titus and Lylah Sanchez; two brothers, Gilford N. Titus of Deerfield, VA and Dan W. Titus of Ewing Township, NJ; a sister, Fay Titus of Louisa, VA; a sister-in-law, Uadajne Ketcham of Newfield, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Patricia Margaret Rizzo, age 61 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, March 19, 2012 at her home.
Born in Neptune, NJ, March 17, 1951, daughter of the late John and Irene Olczak Rizzo, she had resided in the area for the past twenty-one years.
She was a longtime employee with the Recorder Newspaper Group, working in Stirling and Bernardsville, NJ.
Surviving are her loving companion of ten years, Keith C. McCoy; her devoted sister, Lorraine Hopkins of Newnan, GA; a cherished nephew, Cory Hopkins and his wife, Shelli of Tucker, GA; a dear niece, Holly Hopkins of Aurora, CO; and her special great niece and great nephews, Lacy, Connor and Finn.
She was pre-deceased by her brother-in-law, John W. Hopkins and two nephews, Sean and Christopher Hopkins.

Lillian G. Puzio
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Lillian G. Puzio passed away in Emeritus at Hillsborough on March 20, 2012 in her ninety-eighth year.
She was born in Yonkers, NY, May 7, 1914, daughter of the late Michael and Josephine Zawolska Grabowski, she was the oldest of five children and survived her sister, Catherine Senft and three brothers, John, Edward and Joseph Grabowski.
She was a graduate of the High School of Commerce in Yonkers. She was married
on October 29, 1936 to her beloved husband, Walter F. Puzio. They had been married
for sixty years when he died in 1996. She was a homemaker and had worked as a typist for the American Diet Aids Company and for the Service Fire Insurance Company in Yonkers. She she was a member of St. John’s Church in Getty Square while she lived in Yonkers.
She and her husband moved to Hampton Bays, NY after his retirement where they lived for thirty years. She was a communicant of The Church of St. Mary in Hampton Bays. Lillian loved to read, enjoyed knitting, playing the piano, walking and baking.
In 2002, she moved to be near her daughter in Flemington, NJ because of illness. Her determination and positive attitude were her hallmarks. She lived in Hillsborough for the past three years.
She is survived by a daughter, Frances P. Smith of Flemington, NJ; her granddaughter, Sarah Sajorda and great grandsons, Kyle and Kaden Sajorda of Hillsborough, NJ; her granddaughter, Jennifer Alworth and her husband Christopher of Howell, NJ; a sister-in-law, Pauline Grabowski of Thornwood, NY; and many nieces and nephews.
Her son-in-law, Dr. Gordon Charles Smith, died February 4, 2012.
Funeral Services will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in The Church of St. Mary, 165 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays, NY 11946 under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
will follow in Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton, NY 11933. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
