John P. Morris
RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - John P. Morris, age 71 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Saturday, July 21, 2012 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, PA.
Born in Staten Island, NY, April 10, 1941, son of the late James and Myrtle Meyers Morris, he had resided in Raritan Township since 1984, having formerly lived in the Poconos, PA and Staten Island, NY.
Mr. Morris was formerly a Database Administrator with AT & T, Bernardsville, NJ and was a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
A longtime member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Clinton Ward, Mr. Morris was also a member of the Flemington American Legion Post # 159, Flemington, NJ. He was a man of diverse and varied interest which included singing, stamp and coin collecting, playing chess, building model ships, planes and cars and growing plants and flowers.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-one years, Ann Barone Morris; a son, John “JP” Morris of Raritan Township, NJ; a daughter and son-in-law, Joanne Morris Lesh and Jeff Lesh of Enterprise, AL; a sister, Violet Morris Catella of Gouldsboro, PA; three grandchildren, Ann Marie Arbuckle, Ethan Lesh and Rachel Lesh; several sisters and brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will take place Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.

Barbara Lauterbach
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA - Barbara Lauterbach, age 79 years, of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Flemington, NJ, died on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, in Bethesda Memorial Hospital, Boynton Beach, FL.
Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of David and Betty Okin Horwitz. Barbara was co-founder of Flemington Supply Co., running the accounting department from 1969 until her retirement in 1996.
She spent the bulk of her retirement volunteering for Peace Hospice and Palliative Care making Sunshine Calls, painting and showing phenomenal water color artwork, and traveling the world. She watched the Super Bowl as long as the Giants were playing in it and loved spending time with friends and family the most.
Barbara is survived by her adoring husband, Stuart; a daughter, Dava Berezin and her husband, Larry; a son, Craig Lauterbach and his wife, Roslyn; grandchildren, David Holop and his wife, Julie, Julie Klein and her husband, Drew, Robbie Holop, Jordan Berezin and great granddaughter, Natalie Klein.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2012, at 11:00 AM in the Flemington Jewish Community Center, 5 Sergeantsville Road, Flemington, NJ followed by burial in Flemington Jewish Community Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ. George H. Kusant, Jr.
DELAWARE TOWNSHIP - George H. "Bud" Kusant, Jr., age 94 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died Sunday, July 8, 2012, in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Clifton, NJ, April 10, 1918, son of the late George H. and Tillie Van Doren Kusant, Sr., he had resided in Delaware Township since 1930.
He was owner and president of Kusant Electric, Inc., Delaware Township, NJ, retiring in 1994.
He was a member of Sandy Ridge Baptist Church, Delaware Township, NJ and also Old Rocks Church, West Amwell Township, NJ. An avid gardener and baseball fan, especially the Phillies, for many years he managed the Dilts Corner baseball team and also the Sandy Ridge softball team. He was also a member of the Sandy Ridge Dart team, was a director the the Sandy Ridge cemetery and was a member of Orpheus Lodge, F & AM, of Stockton, NJ for over fifty years. He was also a member of the Holcombe-Jimison Farmstead, Lambertville, NJ.
His wife, Frances Niece Kusant, died in 1993. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Leon and Joann Kusant, Phillip and Margaret Kusant, all of Delaware Township, NJ, and Kenneth and Carol Ann Kusant of Palm Bay, FL; a daughter and son-in-law, Meredith and Phillip Kaffitz of Delaware Township, NJ; two sisters, Dorothy Coleman of Delaware Township, NJ and Edna Garboski of Ormond Beach, FL.; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2012, at 11:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ, followed by interment in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Delaware Township, NJ. Horace V. Johnson
FRENCHTOWN, NJ - Horace V. Johnson, age 88 years, of Frenchtown, NJ, died Thursday, July 19, 2012, in Country Arch Health Care Center, Union Township, NJ.
Born in Delaware Township, NJ, May 20, 1924, son of the late Howard and Violet Housel Johnson, he had resided in Delaware Township all his life until moving to Frenchtown five years ago.
A lifelong farmer, he was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Corps l944-l946. He was a member of the Sergeantsville United Methodist Church since l938 and was also a member of the Delaware Township Senior Citizens.
His wife, Florence Williamson Johnson, died in 1994 and he was also pre-deceased by two brothers, George Johnson and Jacob Johnson.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Horace V. and Lek Johnson of Saginaw, TX, and Van and Jennifer Johnson of York, PA; four daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Gary Coddington of Mifflinburg, PA, Mary and Robert Schwenderman of Milford, NJ, Joan and Roy Spitzform of Poland, ME and Linda and Lee Morris of Alpha, NJ; two sisters, Julia Johnson of Hopewell, NJ and Mary Ringer of Ringoes, NJ; a brother, Grover Johnson of Stockton, NJ; ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. in the Sergeantsville United Methodist Church, Sergeantsville, NJ, followed by interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Rosemont, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church.

Elizabeth Dye Golden
RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Elizabeth Dye Golden, age 86 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at her home.
Born in Trenton, NJ, October 12, 1925, daughter of the late Lamonte and Alice Sutphin Dye, she had resided in Raritan Township for the past fifty years, having formerly lived in Stockton and Hopewell Township, NJ.
Formerly a typist for the Hunterdon County Democrat, Mrs. Golden was also a longtime secretary for the Raritan Township Planning Board. She and her husband of fifty-eight years, the late Lester B. Golden, Jr., were longtime members of the Hunterdon Flutter Wheels; the Hunterdon County YMCA Camping Club, the Y-Nots; and the Ruralites, a social club in Pennington, NJ.
In addition to her husband, she was pre-deceased by a son and daughter-in-law, Wayne B. and Michelle Golden and a sister, Margaret Klein.
Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Judith and Kenneth Johnson of Erwinna, PA and Kathleen and Daniel Reed of Raritan Township, NJ; a sister, Doris Wert of Hopewell Township, NJ; a brother-in-law, Jack Klein in Minnesota; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two more great grandchildren to be born this fall.

John Edward McIntosh
LEBANON TOWNSHIP, NJ - John Edward McIntosh, age 79 years, of Lebanon Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, December 27, 1932, he was the son of the late John and Anna Horensky McIntosh.
He was a graduate of Dunellen High School and the RCA School of Engineering and was employed by Ethicon until his retirement.
He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-six years, Rosalie Gulino McIntosh; a son, Christopher McIntosh of Lebanon Township, NJ; three daughters, Anne Prisner of Neshanic Station, NJ, Rosalie Stolz of Stewartsville, NJ, and Janet Monahan of Toms River, NJ; a sister, Audrey Johansson of Piscataway, NJ; and two grandsons: Karl Prisner and Robert Stolz.

Mary Cathy Lang
RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Mary Cathy Lang, age 57 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Thursday, August 30, 2012 after a 14 year battle with cancer.
Born in Metuchen, NJ, February 4, 1955, daughter of the late George and Catherine Rebeck Dudik, she had resided in Raritan Township for the past twenty years, having formerly lived in West Bloomfield, MI and growing up in the Metuchen, NJ area.
She is survived by her loving husband of twenty-five years, Jeffrey Lang and her cherished children, Megan Lang and Jared Lang.
A Mass of Christian Burial
will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
