Salvatore A. Lentine
RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Salvatore A. Lentine, age 76 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died Sunday, February 1, 2015, in Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida, surrounded by his family.
Born in Trenton, NJ, son of the late Frank and Lillie Billera Lentine, he had resided in Raritan Township most of his life and was a member of Flemington High School's last graduating in 1956. After high school he worked at Flemington Block & Supply founded by his father, and left as President in 1974 to found his own concrete business. In later years, he was in the commercial construction business and also obtained two US patents of marine devices.
He is survived by his beloved wife of forty-eight years, Helen (Cahalan) Lentine, originally of High Bridge, NJ; his daughter, Maria Eggett and his son-in-law, Devin Eggett of Veazie, ME, and his son, Frank and his daughter-in-law, Joanna Lentine of Raritan Township, NJ. He was especially fond of his five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tory, Frankie and Emma Lentine of Raritan Township, NJ and Fallon of Veazie, ME.
Sal loved to explore and in his travels often found items for his numerous collections of antique cars, boats, outboard motors, golf carts, and antique farm tractors. He loved visiting other countries, states and towns and enjoyed his time summering in Maine, wintering in Florida, and spending time in Maryland when he wasn't in Flemington.
He was a member of the Italian-American Club, the Antique Outboard Club of America, the Owls Head Transportation Museum, and several other organizations. He previously held a pilot's license and was never found far from a car, boat, plane or tractor.
Sal will be missed most for his ready smile, generous spirit, and love of life. He never missed an opportunity to make a friend or have a new experience. He was truly one of a kind.

will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015, at 10:00 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
will be in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be Friday 5:00-8:00 PM at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
Dorothy I. Mills
HOLIDAY, FL - Dorothy I. Mills, age 95 years, of Holiday, FL died on Sunday, February 8, 2015.
Born in Elizabeth, NJ, October 18, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Louise Wurst Gibson.
She had formerly resided in Clark, NJ.
She was a retired secretary, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Tarpon Springs, FL.
Her husband, Harvey C. Mills, died in 1993 and her son, Richard P. Mills in 2003. Surviving are a son, Harvey C. Mills II, of Holiday, FL; two sisters, Helen L. Cantlay of Flemington, NJ and Vivian H. Alte of Sparta, NJ; five grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 1 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 11 AM to 1 PM in the funeral home.

Marcel W. Wagner
RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Marcel W. Wagner, age 93 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at his residence.
Born in New York City, NY, June 24, 1921, he was the son of the late William F. and Anastasia Shustykewicz Wagner. He had resided in Raritan Township since 1986, and had formerly resided in Martinsville, NJ.
He was a United States Navy veteran of World War II, serving with the Sino-American forces in China and the Pacific.
He was a former owner of Wagner's Market, Martinsville, NJ, and had retired from the United States Post Office as Postmaster of the Martinsville Post Office for twenty years.
He was a communicant of St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, NJ, and a former choir member there; a former member of the Martinsville Fire Company for fifteen years; former member of the Martinsville Rescue Squad; and for twenty years was a member of the Diocese of Metuchen Festival Choir.
Surviving are his wife of seventy years, Katherine Klapko Wagner; two daughters, Stephanie Kubisch of Martinsville, NJ and Maria Wagner of Sicklerville, NJ; two sons, Marcel Wagner, Jr. of Quincy, IL and Gregory M. Wagner of Flemington, NJ; two sisters, Maryann Lotowycz of Lakewood, NJ and Elaine Clark of Pownal, VT; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

will be celebrated on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 9:30 AM in St. Magdalen Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will be in St. Magdalen Mausoleum. Joanne Bartlett
EAST AMWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ - Joanne Bartlett, age 75 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Newark, NJ, September 8, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary DelSordo Geronimo. She had formerly resided in Millington, NJ.
Surviving are her husband of thirty-one years, Thomas H. Bartlett; a niece, Joanne Brenckle, of Summit, NJ; and a nephew, Frank Brenckle, of Clinton Township, NJ.

Margaret H. Gritzmacher
EAST AMWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ - Margaret H. Gritzmacher, age 96 years, of Ringoes, NJ, died Thursday, February 12, 2015, at her home.
Born in Ringoes, NJ, September 27, 1918, daughter of the late Charles and Marion Berger Higgins, she had resided there most of her life.
Peg was a registered nurse, receiving her degree from Bloomfield College and was a former operating room nurse at Newark Presbyterian Hospital. She was later Postmistress at the Ringoes Post Office for twenty years until retiring.
She was a member of the Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Ringoes, NJ where she was formerly choir director and organist. A member of Copper Hill Country Club and Ringoes Grange #12, she was an honorary member of the Flemington Woman's Club; member of the Central Jersey Buttoniers and was formerly a member of the Hunterdon Central High School Board of Education and a former member of the Amwell Valley Rescue Squad.
Her husband, Harley Gritzmacher, died in 1984. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, David and Chris Gritzmacher of Conroe, TX; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Rae and Peter Fick of Ringoes, NJ and Annette and Bob Shields of Newtown Square, PA; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 11:00 AM in Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, John Ringo Road, Ringoes, NJ. Interment

Robert W. Mahler
ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP, NJ - Robert William Mahler, age 79 years, of Alexandria Township, NJ, died January 24, 2015, at his home.
Born in Ozone Park, NY, June 7, 1935, son of the late Herbert and Adelaide Moor Mahler, he had resided in Pittstown for forty years and had formerly resided in South Plainfield, NJ.
Bob graduated high school in 1953 and went on to college and earned a degree in Accounting. He was then picked up by the Semi Pro Baseball League in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He then enlisted in the United States Army in 1957, went to Signal School and was a Cryptographer until he was honorably discharged in 1959 with a Good Conduct Medal and went on to work for the Edward McMahon Accounting Company. Bob then moved to Pittstown NJ where he worked until his retirement as a driver for Phillips Concrete, Hillsborough, NJ.
Bob was an Expert Level Archer, an avid huntsman, fisherman and pilot. He was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, Oshkosh, WI, building two planes, a Piper and an RV-3, and spent many years flying with his friends.
He was pre-deceased by his brother, Edward Mahler.
Bob is survived by his loving wife and best friend of forty-nine years, Elizabeth Mahler; one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Jason Stine of Fredericksburg, VA; two sons and a daughter-in-law, James Mahler of Pittstown, NJ, and Michael and Patsy Mahler of Pittstown, NJ and seven grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2015, from 2:00-5:00 PM at the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment
will be private.
