He lived in Hamburg, NJ for 14 years and was previously from E. Stroudsburg. He is survived by Ruth Vreeland (Sister) of Butler, NJ, Matilda Mabey (Sister) of Bloomingdale, NJ, Mildred Lindsley (Sister) of Newfoundland, NJ, Shirley Smith (Sister) of Bloomingdale, NJ. He was born April 15, 1934 in Vernon, NJ the son of Jacob and Mathilda (O'Connor) Gass. He served in the Marines during Korean Conflict having attained the rank of Sgt. enlisted on March 3, 1953 at New York, NY discharged on March 2, 1956. Galiano, Marie (DiCero), 78, died Wednesday, May 04, 2005 at Greentree Manor in Waterford, CT. Mrs. Galiano lived in Pompton Lakes for 30 years, formerly of Ringwood. Mrs. Galiano worked for the Ringwood Board of Education, Volunteered for the Ringwood Ambulance Auxiliary and was a member of St. Mary's Church Seniors. She is survived by a son James M. Galiano of Mahwah and two daughters: Donna Stankov of Waterford, CT and Joann Sheridan of Carmel, IN and four Grandchildren: Katie, Kelly, Tom, Liz, Michael. She was preceded in death by her husband James (1992). She was born November 16, 1926 in Staten Island, NY the daughter of Joseph and Josephine (Mezzacappa) DiCero. Mr. Goddard was employed as a printer for the Paterson News. He was a veteran of World War II serving with the Navy. Predeceased by his wife, Dorothy in 1978, he is survived by one son, Fred W. She was employed by the West Milford Board of Education as a transport dispatcher for 25 years and was a member of the American Legion Post 1443 Lady’s Auxiliary of Greenwood Lake and was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peach Church, Hewitt. Mrs. Gallagher is survived by her husband, John T.; two sons, Kevin M. of Morristown and Brian J. of Staten Island; one daughter, Maureen Fahey of Greenwood Lake; two brothers, James of Union, NJ and Joseph of Garwood, NJ; five sisters, Filomina Savrarese ("Cissy"), Ann Spillane and Mary Lynch all of Staten Island, Shela Donohue of Bell Harbor, Queens and Geraldine Riley of Sharborne, MA. Mr. Greensway was a lifetime resident of Butler. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was a resident of West Milford for 45 years and the daughter of the late Donato and Nunzia (Paradiso) D’Elia. She was employed by Evan-Piccone of North Bergen as a seamstress for 25 years. Mrs. Faugno was a member of the Golden Agers of West Milford.
