Born in Manhattan, NY the daughter of Salvatore and Vita (Laferlita) Barresi, she lived in Hewitt 45 years before moving to Highland Lakes, NJ 4 years ago. Along with her husband, she is survived by her children Roy Guccione (wife Caterina) of Brooklyln, NY, Maria Laconti (husband David) of Highland Lakes, NJ and Salvatore Guccione (wife Diana) of Fairfield, NJ. Also surviving are her brother Louis Barresi (wife Louisa) of Wayne and 8 cherished grandchildren Vincent, Alexandra, Maria, Salvatore, Jillian, Jessica, Gina and Christina. Funeral Liturgy Saturday, September 24, 2011 10 AM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Hewitt. Interment Glenwood Cemetery, Vernon. Novak, Lillian L. (Kimming), 68, wife of Robert S., on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Born in Irvington, Mrs. Novak lived in Wanaque for 39 years coming from Elmwood Park. She had been employed as a bookkeeper at Raincraft, Inc. in Garfield. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by a son, Robert D. of Pompton Plains, a brother, Frank Kimming of Bayonne and a sister, June Snover of Doylestown, PA. Funeral Service Saturday 10:30 AM at the Richards Funeral Home, 4 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Riverdale. Interment Mount Rest Cemetery, Butler, NJ. Visitation Friday 4-8 PM.

Reardon, Gerald E. age 79, on Monday, November 28, 2011. Born in Bloomingdale the son of Lester and Adele (Roff) Reardon, he lived in Columbus, NY before moving to West Milford 10 years ago. Mr. Reardon, a retired electrician had worked at Miles Chemical, North Haledon. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, where he attained the rank of Sgt., a member of Butler VFW Post 8096, Bloomingdale Fire Dept. exempt fireman, West Milford Golden Jet Bowling League and West Milford Elk Horseshoe League. Surviving are his children Dan Reardon of West Milford, Sandra Frank of Hewitt, Pat La Cotta of Oxford, NY and Diane Laine of Ashland City, TN, 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. His wife Jaqueline (10/2011) and his parents predeceased him. Funeral services 11:00 AM Friday (12/2) at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford. Interment Mt Rest cemetery in Butler. Visiting Thursday (12/1) from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Longo, Catherine (Godzyk), age 99, widow of Charles (1979) on Monday, November 28, 2011. Born in Passaic the daughter of Onufer and Eva (Szenko) Godzyk, she lived in Lodi before moving to West Milford 27 years ago. Before retiring she was a comptometer operator at Bendix Corporation. She was a member of the Highland Seniors, West Milford. Surviving are a daughter Helen Sedlack and husband Jim of West Milford, granddaughters, Cherie Burke and husband Jason, Bonny Wtulich and husband Marc, Heidi Larga and husband Frederick and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services 10 AM Friday at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford. Interment St Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Aurilia, Giovanni R. Sr., 65, of West Milford on Friday, November 29, 2013. Beloved husband of Ida (Greco) Aurilia. Born in Naples, Italy, he was the son of the late Ciro and Camilla (Centonze) Aurilia. Before retirement, he was employed as a carpenter by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Local # 45 of Queens, NY. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Giovanni R. Jr. of Los Angeles, CA and Joseph of West Milford; two daughters, Johnna Costanza of West Milford and Ann Gillian of South Portland, ME; two brothers, Luca and Mario Aurilia and one sister, Anna Aurilia all of Italy. Friends may call at the Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford on Tuesday December 3 from 5 to 9 PM. Funeral service on Tuesday, 8:30 PM. Private disposition. Anderson, Thomas F. 87 widower of Margaret (Slane)(2009) on Friday, December 26, 2014. Born in Teaneck, Tom lived in Bergenfield coming to West Milford 18 years ago. A Navy Veteran of WW II, he served on the USS Barnes, was an avid stock car fan, devoted husband and father. Before retiring he was a lead technician with Otis Elevator, New York, NY. Surviving are a daughter, Laura K. Andersen of West Milford and a brother, Vincent Andersen of Toms River. Viewing Friday 4-8pm with a Prayer Service at 7:30 at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Rd. West Milford. Graveside service 11AM Saturday at St Joseph's Cemetery, West Milford. Donations to American Heart Association or West Milford 1st Aid Squad would be appreciated.

Bassett, George Louis, 83, beloved husband of 60 years of Barbara (Blaes) on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Born in Kearny, the son of George A. and Beatrice (Hebert) Bassett, he lived in Midvale coming to West Milford 48 years ago. A Navy veteran (1949-53), he was a retired communications manager for Verizon, Newark. He was a member of West Milford Lions Club (a Past District Governor of District A), member of West Milford Board of Education and Founder of Sterling Drum & Bugle Corp. Along with his wife he is survived by two sons, George L., II and Wray A. Bassett, two daughters, Donna Lynn O'Donnell and Joyce A. Kritzberger and four grandchildren, Lauren A. and Gene M. Kritzberger, III and George L. and Samuel C. Bassett. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Albert. Final disposition is private. Memorial Service to be announced. Barmore, Edwin W. III, husband of the late Doris A. (Helms) (1982), son of the late, Margaret (Sloan) and Edwin W. Barmore Jr., on Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Born in Bloomfield, NJ, Mr. Barmore resided with his family in Little Falls and recently returned there after living in Kinnelon. He had been employed as a Machinist for Westinghouse and had been a member of Our Lady of the Magnificant Church in Kinnelon. Surviving are four daughters, Leslie Barmore Jenkins (and husband, Neil) and Linda Barmore, both of Little Falls, Patricia Button (and husband, Daniel) of Hackettstown and Joyce Barmore of VT, two brothers, David Barmore of Pequannock and Douglas Barmore (and wife, Mary) of South Jersey, nine grandchildren, Jesse, Matthew, Sean, Laura, Robert, Zachary, Timothy, Sarah and Cara and his loving companion, Anne Mc Gary and her children. Along with his wife, he is also predeceased by a sister, Barbara Barmore (1963). We will always remember his love for dogs, especially, Cody and his enjoyment of dancing, camping, fishing and bowling. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Wronka, Walter W., Sr., 90, of Riverdale, passed on Saturday, January 3, 2015. A thoughtful caring person, a loving father and grandfather, he had nine children and nine grandchildren. Born in Franklin, he lived in Riverdale since 1952. Walter worked for Department of Defense at Picatinny Arsenal and Singer-Kearfott. In retirement, he worked at Sunset Valley Golf Course. He was a member of St. Mary’s Church, Pompton Lakes. A WWII Veteran, Walter served as a Radio Engineer in the Navy and received his BS in Electrical Engineering from St. Louis University. Beloved husband of 62 years to the late Josephine (Gurda) Wronka, he was predeceased by son, Phillip. He is survived by his children, Walter Jr. (Patricia Obara), Jeanette, Rosemarie (Thomas Collins), Mark, Timothy (Lynn), Jane (William Stuckey), Andrew and Edward (Pamela); and grandchildren, Matthew (Jamie), Jesse (Prathima), Marissa (William), Jonathan, Kristen, Timothy Jr., Kenneth, Daniel and Zena. He was predeceased by siblings Alexius, Stephen, Chester, John, Anna and Adolph. His presence, guidance by stories and wit will be infinitely missed by all. Testino, Pasquale, 77, husband of Rosa (Tempesta), on Friday, December 26, 2014. Born in Corato, Italy, Mr. Testino came to the USA in 1959 and had lived in Riverdale for 10 years coming from Wanaque. He had been the owner for Tony’s Pizzeria in Pompton Lakes for 42 years and a member of St. Mary’s Church, Pompton Lakes. Along with his wife he is survived by 3 sons, Anthony of Dingmans Ferry, PA, Louis of Riverdale and Robert of Nutley, one daughter, Nancy Joyce of Nutley, four brothers, Dominic and Charles, both of Italy, Matteo of Moonachie and Lou of Oakland, four sisters, Anna Grammatica of Italy, Phyllis Martinelli of Wanaque, Fran Testino of Pompton Lakes and Rose Pjetrovic of TX and thirteen grandchildren, Anthony, Ashley, Alex, Patrick, Gianna, James, Robbie, Kayla, Joe, Jessica, Jordan, Jason and Jacob.
