Visitation will be held at Preston Funeral Home 153 South Orange Ave, South Orange on Wed, July 25th 4:00-7:30 PM. At 7:30 PM a service will be held.
Born in Cranford, Michael spent the past 16 years in South Orange. Michael graduated from Cranford High School and attended Union County College. Michael worked as a metalworker and as a general contractor but he was best know for his beautiful cabinetry, and worked as a master cabinetmaker for 25 yrs. He enjoyed playing pedal steel, banjo, rock climbing, his motorcycle and deer hunting. He also loved pheasant hunting with his beloved lab, Kobe (retired).
Michael leaves behind his wife Karen Marlowe, daughters Nicole and Alexis and son, Michael David; his sister Barbara Van Zandt and her husband William, his brothers Peter and his wife Judy and John and his wife Julie; many nephews and nieces, his wife's family; and his friends. We all loved him very much and miss him terribly.

will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Visitation will be held at the Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave., South Orange, N.J., on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Born in Newark, N.J., William lived in Boonton and South Orange before moving to Forked River 11 years ago. He worked for the South Orange Fire Department from 1975 to 1994 when he retired as deputy chief. He served in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1965.
He was the beloved husband of the late Maureen McEnroe; devoted father of Jennifer Sheehy and her husband, Michael, and David Manning; loving grandfather of William Sheehy; dear brother of Dolores Streko; former husband of Carol L. Manning; loving friend of Sandra Feeley.

Kohl Douglas Angelo

On Tuesday, July 24, 2012, surrounded by his loving family, Kohl Douglas Angelo, 12, of Maplewood, N.J., was granted his angel wings after fighting a valiant battle with cancer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Christ Church, 561 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ. Private Interment
will follow.
Kohl, along with his triplet brothers Austin and Branden, were born in Livingston, NJ to loving parents, Kelly and Peter Angelo. With his bright personality, Kohl was a straight A student at the Maplewood Middle School, a star striker for the Cougar Soccer Club travel team, an accomplished viola and piano player, and an avid Xbox player. He was a loyal friend who was filled with kindness. Kohl loved classical music, especially Mozart, the band Coldplay, the color yellow, and his naughty dog, Haley. Kohl dazzled everyone with his winning smile, quick wit and dry sense of humor, all of which he inherited from his grandfather, Doug. Kohl lived life to the fullest and touched many hearts in his short life. We are all in awe of his strength and courage.
Kohl is survived by his parents, Kelly and Peter Angelo; brothers, Austin and Branden; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Angelo of Clark, NJ and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Koehler of Boynton Beach, FL; and many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Born in Newark, N.J., Mrs. Kelly lived in South Orange before moving to Maplewood 57 years ago. Mrs. Kelly was a secretary with the Chancery Office in Newark, N.J., from 1971 to 1988 when she retired. She was a bookkeeper for Our Lady of Sorrows Church, South Orange, in the 1980s and a secretary for Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Maplewood, in the 1960s.
She was the beloved wife of Walter J. Kelly; devoted mother of Kathleen Degnan, Joan Connolly and James Kelly; also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Harriett was the beloved wife of the late C. Prentiss Ward, M.D.; devoted mother of Patricia Snyder and her husband, Arnold, of Maine, Robert P. Ward and his wife, Hillela, of New York, and Christine Ward of Missouri; loving grandmother of Heinrick Snyder, Sonya Grady, Dahlia McManus, Aaron Ward, Miriam Ward and Ross Snyder, and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Gianni was involved in many local organizations, PTA's, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, CCD, 4th of July Committees during the 1970's, Junior Woman's Club, Our Lady of Sorrows Capital Campaign, Short Hills Twigs, Kiwanis and YMCA. She is an honorary member of The American University Family.
She was the beloved wife of Charles M. Gianni. Devoted mother of Charles M. Gianni Jr., Claire Sinclair and her husband David, Kathryn G. Harris and her husband Matthew, Timothy B. Gianni and his wife Francine. Loving daughter-in-law and best friend of Clara B. Gianni. Cherised grandmother of D.J., Drew, Gabi and Mikey.
