NELLIE NICOLETTI MADURE, 98, of Toms River died June 30 at home. Born in Clarksburg, W. Va., she resided in Red Bank prior to moving to Toms River five years ago. She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, where she was a past member and treasurer of its St. Ann’s Society. She was a member of the St. James Senior Club, Red Bank, and Red Bank Fire Department Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Madure, in 1977; four brothers, Frank, Patrick, Charles and Richard Nicoletti; and a sister, Vera Lista. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Judith Madure of Bradenton, Fla.; a daughter and son-in-law, Bette and Joseph Salmon of Toms River; three sisters-in-law, Genevieve, Lily and Anna Nicoletti; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Anthony of Padua Church, followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Memorial donations may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 121 Bridge Ave., Red Bank 07701.

ADELINE M. MAZZA, 86, of Red Bank died July 4 at home. Born in Red Bank, she was a lifelong resident. Ms. Mazza was an executive secretary to the chief scientist at the U.S. Department of the Army’s Hexagon facility, Fort Monmouth, retiring in 1970. She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, and a member of the church’s Children of Mary Sodality. She was a member of the Red Bank Women’s Business and Professional Club, and volunteered at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Ms. Mazza was predeceased by her brothers, Frank J. Mazza and Clement D. Mazza. She is survived by two sisters, Philomena T. Caruso of Red Bank and Margaret M. Pallone of Little Silver; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Anthony of Padua Church, followed by interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.

THOMAS FALBO, 90, of Middletown died July 2 at Regency Park Nursing Center, Hazlet. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he lived in Monmouth Beach and Long Island, N.Y., before moving to Shadow Lake Village eight years ago. Mr. Falbo was the former owner of Associated Foods, Rockville Center, N.Y. He was a communicant of St. Dorothea’s Roman Catholic Church, Eatontown. He served with the U.S. Marines during World War II. His hobbies included dancing and traveling to Florida and Atlantic City. He was predeceased by his first wife, Mary. He is survived by his wife, Marion Falbo; a stepson and his wife, George and Nancy Madison; two stepdaughters and their husbands, Karen and Philip Apruzzi, and Marilyn and Richie Di Antonio, all of Oceanport; a brother, Joseph Falbo; a sister, Amy Marascio of Fair Haven; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at St. Dorothea’s Church. Interment was at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 801 Broad St., Shrewsbury 07702.

HILDA M. VAN NOTE CARHART, 82, of Long Branch died July 2 at St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Long Branch. Born in Neptune, she was a lifelong resident of Long Branch. Mrs. Carhart was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Long Branch. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 1985; and a son, Robert Carhart, in 1982. She is survived by four sons, Charles Carhart of Florida, George Carhart and Andrew DeMarc, both of California, and Gene Malleus of Middletown; two daughters, Marielena Mickey of Long Branch and Lorraine Sferlazzo of Arizona; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Interment was at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. Memorial donations may be made to St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 300 Second Ave., CW6, Long Branch 07740.

LEWIS McKEE, 45, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, died June 27 at home. He was a Lincroft resident most of his life. He was a lawn equipment salesman at Cerlione’s Lawn and Garden Equipment, Hazlet. He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne Keating McKee in 2002; and his parents, James and Lorraine Harvey McKee. He is survived by his brother, Charles McKee of Tinton Falls. Visitation will be July 2 from 5-7 p.m. at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. A funeral gathering will be July 3 at 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.

MIKLOS G. SIMON, 51, of Red Bank died June 20 at home. Born in Budapest, Hungary, he resided in Rumson and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., prior to moving to Red Bank recently. Mr. Simon was a tennis pro at New Shrewsbury Racquet Club, Tinton Falls. He also was a professional soccer player and classical violinist, and enjoyed martial arts and classical music. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the New Shrewsbury Racquet Club.

PEGGY A. TIMIDAISKI, 69, of Colt Neck died June 20 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Newark, she had been a resident of Colts Neck for more than 50 years. Mrs. Timidaiski was an administrative assistant at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, for 25 years before retiring in January. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Colts Neck, where she was a member of the Martha and Mary Guild. She also was a member of the Colts Neck Seniors. Mrs. Timidaiski was predeceased by her husband, David W., in January. She is survived by her mother, Frances Landgraff of Shrewsbury; two sons and a daughter-in-law, David Timidaiski of Eatontown, and Joseph and Kathleen Timidaiski of Lawsonville, N.C.; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and John Rener of Middletown; a sister, Audrey Norton of Onley, Va.; and two grandchildren. A memorial Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church. Memorial donations may be made to the Social Concerns Fund, St. Mary’s Church, Route 34 and Phalanx Road, Box H, Colts Neck 07722.

MARGARET H. LETTICH CARCICH, 90, of Howell died June 26 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Little Ferry, she had lived in Keyport and West New York before moving to Howell. Mrs. Carcich was a secretary in New York City for a short time before becoming a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Veronica’s Roman Catholic Church, Howell, and a former communicant of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Keyport, where she had been a member of the Altar Rosary Society. Her husband, Nicholas R. Carcich, died in 1989. Mrs. Carcich is survived by three sons, Robert Carcich of Eatontown, Nicholas Carcich of Kearny, and Anthony Carcich of Holmdel; a daughter, Mary-Ann Metzger of Howell; a sister, Ann Lettich of Red Bank; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass was offered at St. Joseph’s Church, followed by entombment at St. Joseph’s Mausoleum, Keyport.

BRIAN K. ERRICKSON, 28, of Shrewsbury Township, died June 28 at home. Born in Red Bank, he resided in Shrewsbury Township the past five years. Mr. Errickson was a supervisor at the U.S. Postal Service Annex, Eatontown. He is survived by his daughter, Kayleigh Errickson of the Morganville section of Marlboro; his parents, William M. Errickson of Middletown and Adriann N. Errickson of East Windsor; his grandmothers, Diane Schaap of Keyport and Marcella Shields of Pinehurst, N.C.; a sister, Stephanie Horne of Portales, New Mexico; a niece and a nephew. Memorial donations may be made to the Kayleigh Errickson Education Fund, c/o Adriann Errickson, 311 Evanston Drive, East Windsor 08520.
