Patricia E. McGrath, 60, of Cranford died on Tuesday, February 16, 1999 at home.
Born in Westfield, she moved to Cranford 55 years ago.
Mrs. McGrath was the office manager of the K.R. McGrath Roofing Company in Cranford, which she and her husband, Kenneth McGrath, have operated for 28 years.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, Kenneth McGrath; a brother, Dr. Fred MacKenzie, and a grandchild.
Funeral services were held on Friday, February 19, in the Dooley Funeral Home, 218 North Avenue in Cranford.
Menette Antoniello, 71
Menette Antoniello, 71, of Scotch Plains died on Monday, February 22, 1999 at home.
Born in Brooklyn, she moved to Scotch Plains many years ago.
Mrs. Antoniello was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, William Antoniello.
Surviving are three daughters, Mary Ellen Petti of Scotch Plains, Christine Forschner of Chatham and Susan Srnka of Union; two sisters, Ella Sweet of Westhampton, New York and Eve Cox of East Islip, New York; a brother, Woodrow Matthews of Paramus, and two grandchildren.
Private arrangements were handled by the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home in Milltown.

Maria Micheletti, 90
Was Opera Singer; Featured in Many Concerts Worldwide
Maria Micheletti, 90, of Scotch Plains died on Tuesday, February 16, 1999 in Overlook Hospital in Summit.
Born in Newark, she moved to Scotch Plains many years ago.
A retired opera singer, Mrs. Micheletti had performed in concerts throughout the United States and Europe during a career which spanned two decades.
She also sang with the Newark Opera and the Chicago Lyric Opera on a regular basis, and gave select performances with the Metropolitan Opera Company of New York.
She was a graduate of Saint Cecelia’s Conservatory in Rome.
Surviving are a son, E. Benn Micheletti; a daughter, Rebecca Markey; three sisters, Ida Capage, Carrie Testa and Angela Bouomo, and five grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass was offered on Thursday, February 18, in St. James Roman Catholic Church in Springfield.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Galante Funeral Home in Union.
Nina S. Doughty, 78
Nina Sorokoff Doughty, 78, of New Vernon died on Thursday, February 18, 1999 at home.
Born in New York, she had lived in Scotch Plains before moving to New Vernon 43 years ago.
Mrs. Doughty was a member of the Orthodox Christian Church of the Holy Trinity in Randolph and New Vernon Senior Citizens.
Surviving are a daughter, Tatyana Doughty Olyphant of New York; her former husband, Selden E. Doughty of Salisbury, Maryland, and two sisters, Vera Sorokoff of Westfield and Claudia Sorokoff of New Vernon.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 23, at the Orthodox Christian Church of the Holy Trinity.
Arrangements were handled by the Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home of Basking Ridge.

Ella M. Oldershaw, 81, of Heath Township died on Wednesday, February 17, 1999 at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown.
Born in Newark, she had lived in Scotch Plains before moving to Heath Village in Washington Township two years ago.
Mrs. Oldershaw was a clerk with the Prudential Insurance Co. in Newark for many years before retiring.
She was predeceased by her husband, John F. Oldershaw, in 1996.
Surviving are her sister, Irene May; and two brothers, Harry F. Chapman and Robert L. Chapman.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 20, in the Dooley Colonial Home, 556 Westfield Avenue in Westfield.
Alice L. Colatruglio, 55
Alice L. Colatruglio, 55, of Springfield died on Friday, February 19, 1999 at home.
Born in Jersey City, she had lived in Westfield before moving to Springfield in 1962.
Mrs. Colatruglio was a secretary with the Springfield Board of Education for 20 years.
Surviving are her husband, Anthony Colatruglio; three sons, Anthony J. Colatruglio, Francis T. Colatruglio, and Christopher J. Colatruglio; a daughter, Marie L. Yeager; and a grandchild.
Funeral services were held yesterday, Wednesday, February 24, in the Springfield Emanuel United Methodist Church in Springfield.
Arrangements were handled by Smith and Smith (Suburban) in Springfield.
C. Edward Hermanson, 71
Army Veteran; Insurance Firm Executive for 14 Years
C. Edward Hermanson, 71, of Scotch Plains died on Friday, February 19, 1999 in Overlook Hospital in Summit.
Born in Montclair, he moved to Scotch Plains 21 years ago.
Mr. Hermanson had been Vice President of the American Insurance Service Group in New York and New Jersey for 14 years before retiring in 1993. He had previously held management positions in several North Jersey offices for Gab Business Services for 29 years.
He was a United States Army Sergeant with the 82nd Airborne Division during World War II. Surviving are his wife, Norma Hermanson, and a sister, Mildred Sale.

John A. Lauricella, 64
Stock Trader; Vice President at Morgan Stanley
John A. Lauricella, 64, of East Hampton, New York died on Tuesday, February 16, 1999 in The Florida Hospital Altamonte in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Born in Brooklyn, he had lived in Scotch Plains for 28 years before moving to East Hampton two years ago.
Mr. Lauricella was a stock trader for 30 years. He was vice president with Morgan Stanley in New York City for eight years before retiring in 1989.
Previously, he had worked for the First Boston Corporation, Solomon Brothers, and Merrill Lynch, all in New York City. Surviving are his wife, Lucille A. Lauricella; three sons, John Albert Lauricella of Ossinging, New York, James G. Lauricella of Scotch Plains, and Kenneth A. Lauricella of Cedar Grove; and four grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 22, in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scotch Plains.
Arrangements were handled by the Gray Funeral Home, 318 East Broad Street in Westfield.

Was Secretary For Bell Labs and Hospital Volunteer
Jean M. Mead Nichols, 79, of Scotch Plains died on Saturday, February 20, 1999 in Overlook Hospital in Summit.
Born in Binghamton, New York, she relocated to Scotch Plains in 1951.
Mrs. Nichols had been a secretary with Bell Labs in Murray Hill before retiring in 1984.
She was a volunteer at Children’s Specialized Hospital in Mountainside.
Surviving are her daughter, Donna Nichols of Warren; a son, Warren Nichols of Berkeley Heights; a sister, Flora Zehner of Union, and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday, February 22, at the McCracken Funeral Home in Union.
