Elizabeth W. “Nicky” Moss
Mrs. Moss, 87, died Oct. 22 at New Jersey Veterans Home, Menlo Park, following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Born in Baltimore, she resided in the Shore area before moving to Middletown, where she resided 50 years. Mrs. Moss was a nurse at St. James School, Red Bank, and Red Bank Catholic High School, for 25 years, retiring in 1982. She was also employed part-time at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank, from 1970-94, and prior to that, at Fitkin Hospital, now Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She served with the U.S. Navy during World War II as a nurse from 1943-45. She was a communicant of St. James Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, and a member of the Shadow Lake Socializers Club, Shadow Lake section of Middletown. Mrs. Moss was predeceased by her husband, Robert Moss, in 1964; and two brothers, Ridgley Nichols, in 1996, and Donald Nichols, in 1999. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Dennis Bliss of Middletown; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Kathryn Moss of Washington, D.C.; a brother, Steve Nichols of Baltimore; and four grandchildren. Michelle Helen Bove DeAngelis
Mrs. DeAngelis, 60, of Little Silver, died Oct. 19 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in New York City, she resided in Loch Arbour before moving to Little Silver three years ago. She was the controller and secretary for her family’s business, Shore Funding Ltd., Shrewsbury, for 28 years. She enjoyed golf, competing as a winning nine-hole medalist. Mrs. DeAngelis is survived by her husband of 42 years, Joseph; two daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Hank Conlin of Oceanport, and Lauren and Lenny Huttner of Rumson; and six grandchildren. Mary Renzo
Mrs. Renzo, 90, of Red Bank, died Oct. 23 at Jersey Shore Center, Eatontown. She was a lifelong resident of Red Bank. Mrs. Renzo was employed for several years at Eisner’s, Red Bank. She was a charter member of Liberty Hose Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, Red Bank. She was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Alexander F. Renzo, in 1985; a son, James Renzo, in 1988; two brothers, Dominic Figaro and Gregory Figaro; and two sisters, Catherine Donato and Rose Ceppaluni. Mrs. Renzo is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Alex V. and Jane Renzo of Brick, Robert P. and Nancy Renzo of Anaheim, Calif., and John E. Renzo of Newark; two sisters, Jenny Ames of Milpitas, Calif., and Flavia Borchardt of Red Bank; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial

Asher S. Parker
Mr. Parker, 84, of Oceanport, died Oct. 20 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in Oceanport, he resided in Eatontown and Oceanport most of his life. He was self-employed in the overhead garage door business, retiring in 1981. Mr. Parker served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation, West Long Branch. He was a member of the former Washington Lodge No. 9 Free and Accepted Masons, Eatontown; the Long Branch Old Guard; and the Seabee Island X, Red Bank. Mr. Parker is survived by his wife of 58 years, Janet Parker; a sister, Dorothy Hoppach of Spring Lake Heights; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Nancy Goldie of Tinton Falls, Susan and Raymond Bennett of Barnegat, and Laura and Pete Griffin of Largo, Fla.; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Betty Parker Moller
Mrs. Moller, 90, of Monmouth Beach, died Oct. 30 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Long Island, N.Y., she resided in Port St. Lucie, Fla., and Rye, N.Y., before moving to Monmouth Beach four years ago. Mrs. Moller was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, John Moller; and a son, John Moller. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Gene Berlanti of Rumson; a sister, Kathleen Carson of Abilene, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Ann Moller of Rye, N.Y.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Richard Anderson Sr.
Mr. Anderson, 88, of Long Branch, died Oct. 22 at St. Barnabas Hospice Center at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in Newark, he relocated to Long Branch 62 years ago. Mr. Anderson was a boat designer and builder, working with various boat builders during his career. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Evelyn Helen Williams Anderson; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Steven Itell of Ocean Township; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Margaret M. Anderson Jr. of Shrewsbury; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren. Entombment took place at Woodbine Mausoleum, Oceanport. The Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch, was in charge of arrangements. Carl Rudinski
Mr. Rudinski, 84, of Tinton Falls, died Oct. 29 at Gateway Care Center, Eatontown. He resided in Eatontown prior to moving to Tinton Falls nine years ago. Mr. Rudinski was director of the Signal School of the Army Signal Corps at Fort Monmouth, Eatontown, for 27 years, retiring in 1975. He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, and was also a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps that helped build Camp David, Md. He was a communicant of St. Dorothea's Roman Catholic Church, Eatontown, where he was also an usher. Mr. Rudinski was predeceased by his first wife, Rita McGee Rudinski, in 1988; and a son, John Rudinski. He is survived by his wife, Adele Reynolds Rudinski; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Penny Rudinski of Morristown, and Robert and Joan Rudinski of Wall Township; two brothers, William Rudinski and Lloyd Rudinski, both King of Prussia, Pa.; a stepson, Stephen Reynolds of New Milford, Conn.; a stepdaughter, Patricia Reynolds of Long Branch; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Austin J. Gent, 5 months, of Tinton Falls, died Oct. 10 at home. He is survived by his parents, Susan E. and James M. Mrs. Sas, 64, of Middletown, died Oct. 8 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in New York City, she resided in Middletown the past 34 years. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown. She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Faller. Ernest M. DeLeo
Mr. DeLeo, 80, of Monroe, died Oct. 17 at home. Born in West New York, he resided in Parlin prior to moving to Monroe in 1985. He was a head engineer for several years at U.S. Metals, Carteret, prior to retirement 21 years ago. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a communicant of Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, Monroe, and former communicant of and Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Victories Roman Catholic Church, Sayreville. He was a member of Sayreville Knights of Columbus Council No. 2016, and its 4th Degree Assembly. He was predeceased by his wife, Margie J. Rhodes DeLeo in 2003; and a sister, Evelyn Trapp. He is survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law, Ernest Michael DeLeo Jr., of Keansburg, Peter DeLeo, of Sea Bright, and Stephen and Patricia DeLeo, of South Amboy; a daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Ken Olivier, of Toms River; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
