ANN M. WAKSMUNDZKI BEDNARCZUK of South River died July 5 at home. Surviving are her husband, Carl; a son, David M. Bednarczuk of Old Bridge; a daughter, Carol A. Bednarczuk of New Brunswick; two brothers, George Waksmundzki of South River and Edward Waxmundsky of Sayreville; two sisters, Sophie Schwerak of Florida and Sister Mary Roseangela, O.S.F., of South River; and five grandchildren. Services were arranged by Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick, with a Mass at St. Mary’s Church, South River. Interment

ROSE YEZZO BECKER, 76, of Riverdale, N.Y., died July 8 at home. Her husband, Christopher C. Becker, died in 1988, and a daughter, Ann Marie Jones, died in 1976. Surviving are a daughter, Rose McTiernan of Sayreville; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services were arranged by Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville, with a Mass at Our Lady of Victories Church, Sayreville. Entombment was in St. Catherine Mausoleum, Spring Lake.
JOSEPH GUIDO III, 51, of Sayreville, formerly of Monroe, died July 8 at home. Surviving are his wife, Judith North Guido; a daughter, Amanda Marie Guido, at home; his mother, Marie Hansen Guido of Staten Island, N.Y.; a sister, Debra Sherhan of Bradenton, Fla.; and a brother, Jeffrey Guido of Staten Island. Services are planned for July 12 at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin section of Sayreville. Private cremation will follow. JOAN DAVIS BARRON, 82, of Richboro, Pa., formerly of East Brunswick, died July 8 in Alterra Wynwood of Northampton Manor, Richboro. She was a special education for many years in the Milltown School District. She was predeceased by her husband, William R. Barron; a daughter, Elizabeth Wendel Barron; and a son, Davis Barron. Surviving are a son, Peter W. Barron of Palo Alto, Calif.; three daughters, Marcy B. Conti of Wrightstown, Pa., Marie A. Miller of East Brunswick and Marjorie A. Larkin of Rome, N.Y.; a sister, Elaine S. Payne, and a brother, John W. Davis, both of Woodbury; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Arrangements were under the direction of Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, Richboro. A memorial service is planned for July 12 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Milltown. BOB BORRE, 71, of Spotswood died Nov. 14 at home. Surviving are his wife, Doris Rogers Borre; four daughters, Linda Tirone and Dara Borre, both of the Avenel section of Woodbridge, Robin Sedlak of the Sewaren section of Woodbridge and Melissa Grilli of Middletown; seven brothers, Carl of Edison, George of Hazlet, Leo of Basking Ridge, Kenneth of Piscataway, Willard of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., William of the Parlin section of Sayreville and James of Noken, Pa.; and four grandchildren. IRENE "COOKIE" CARPENTIERO, 57, of South River died Nov. 15 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her husband, Vincent, died in 1984. Surviving are a son, Vincent A. Carpentiero, and a daughter, Michelle Mendoza, both of South River; and her mother-in-law, Ruth Carpentiero of New Brunswick. Services were held at Ascension Lutheran Church, New Brunswick. Interment
was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.
JOHN G. STRAUSS, 82, of Keyport died Nov. 8 at home. He was a millwright for Hercules Powder, Parlin section of Sayreville, for 45 years, retiring in 1983. He is survived by his wife, Edith Condrup Strauss of Keyport; three sons, John G. Strauss Jr. of Keyport, Dan A. Strauss of Washington and Gerald A. Strauss of Pennsylvania; a daughter, Marie A. Folio of Snyderville, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Interment

DANIEL J. HAYSTON SR., 80, of Seffner, Fla., formerly of East Brunswick, died Nov. 18 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Roche Hayston; two sons, Daniel Joseph Hayston Jr. of Monroe and William Hayston of Tampa, Fla.; three daughters, Patricia Marrero of Montrose, Pa., Joann Rydzewski of Seffner and Kathleen Colombreto of East Brunswick; three brothers, Donald Hayston of Middleboro, Mass., Charlie Hayston of California and Bobby Hayston of Taunton, Mass.; three sisters, Marie Sullivan and Anna Hopkins, both of Taunton, and Helen Harris of Zephyrhills, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass will be offered at 9 a.m. on Nov. 26 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment
