Surviving are her husband, John; a brother, Emery Nemcik of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge; and three sisters, Agnes Paduch of Somerset, Mary Witmer of Freehold and Margaret Holup of Perth Amboy. Services were arranged by Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin, with a Mass at St. Bernadette’s Church, Parlin section of Old Bridge. Interment

DOROTHY L. ZULIN NOVISKI, 76, of the Parlin section of Sayreville died March 24 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Her husband, Robert C. Noviski, died in 1998. Surviving are two sons, Robert C. Jr. of Keansburg and John of Parlin; three daughters, Linda Noviski of Elizabeth, Kathy Noviski of South Amboy and Dorothy Gallagher of Parlin; two brothers, George and Joseph Zulin, both of South Amboy; two sisters, Irene Stolte of Aberdeen and Elena Wahler of South Amboy; and three grandchildren. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin. Interment
was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Parlin.
MILDRED A. KALINOWSKI RUTKOSKI, 72, of Old Bridge died March 24 in JFK Medical Center, Edison. Surviving are her husband, Edward Rutkoski; three sons, Daniel Rutkoski of Jackson, Stephen Rutkoski of Howell and Glenn Rutkoski of Cornelius, N.C.; two daughters, Mary Ann Hier of Howell and Amy Diamante of Milltown; two brothers, Anthony Kalinowski and Edward Kalinowski, both of Yardville; and six grandchildren. STELLA E. OLENDER BLASZKA, 80, of Sayreville died March 21 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Her husband, Stanley F. Blaszka, and a son, James L. Blaszka, both died in 1989. Surviving are a son, Leonard S. Blaszka of Sayreville; twin daughters, Kathleen Farina and Eileen Schreck, both of Sayreville; two brothers, Alex Olender of South River and Ben Olender of Warren; three sisters, Anna Golaszewski, Veronica Nelson and Lottie Slover, all of Sayreville; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services were arranged by Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville, with a Mass at St. Stanislaus Church, Sayreville. Interment
was in the church cemetery.
CHESTER J. "SLICK" STARZYNSKI, 83, of South Amboy died March 23 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Charmello Starzynski; two sons, John J. of Orlando, Fla., and James F. of Matawan; a daughter, Nancy J. Urban of Carteret; a brother, Benjamin of South River; two sisters, Edwina Pepsin of Sayreville and Ann Malinowski of Watchung; and four grandchildren. ELEANOR JANE MEADE BEYER, 86, of East Brunswick died March 21 at home. Her husband, Raymond Henry Beyer, died in 1992. Surviving are two sons, Raymond Meade Beyer of East Brunswick and Timothy Jon Beyer of Plano, Texas; a brother, James Meade of La Jolla, Calif.; and two grandchildren. MARTHA MANTWITZ KNAPP, 89, of East Brunswick died March 23 at home. Her husband, Hermann Knapp, died in 1979. Surviving are a son, Klaus of Coral Springs, Fla.; two daughters, Ellen Campbell of East Brunswick and Christa Larsen of Arlington, Va.; a brother, Walter Mantwitz of Germany; two sisters, Anna Berndt and Grete Sauer, both of Germany; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. DORIS K. PEPITONE McCARTNEY, 63, of Edison, formerly of Milltown, died March 25 at home. Surviving are her husband, Robert McCartney Jr.; a stepson, Glen of Middletown, N.Y.; a brother, William E. Pepitone of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a sister, Antonette Bauries of East Brunswick; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
