LEO J. KUSIC, 87, of South Amboy died Dec. 10 at home. His wife, Monica Brennan Kusic, died in 1979. Surviving are a son, Michael P. Kusic of South Amboy; a daughter, Margaret M. Keller of Springfield; two brothers, Stanley Kusic of South Amboy and Joseph Kusic of Eatontown; three sisters, Helen Rojek of South River and Rose Schaefer and Marie Kusic, both of Eatontown; and two grandsons. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Interment

LOUIS GERARD D’AMORE, 66, of Old Bridge died Dec. 14 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are his wife, Marjorie Halligan D’Amore; three sons, Gerard of Earlville, N.Y., and Joseph and Louis, both of Old Bridge; two daughters, Denise and Marjorie D’Amore-Russell, both of Old Bridge; two sisters, Mary Attalla of Millsboro, Del., and Loretta Messina of the Toms River section of Dover; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandson. A Mass was offered at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. Interment
was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
RAYMOND R. DRYZGA, 79, of the Parlin section of Sayreville died Dec. 16 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Irene Grokowski Dryzga; a son, John Adam Dryzga of Jersey City; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass is planned for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 20 at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Interment
will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
WILLIAM M. MORE, 87, of Pinellas Park, Fla., died Dec. 14 in St. Petersburg (Fla.) Medical Center. His first wife, Grace Eickenbush More, died in 1964. Surviving are his wife, Florence More; a son, William More of Sayreville; a daughter, Grace Mathis of Atlanta; three sisters, Kathleen Zipf of Metuchen and Lucille Schriek and Rose Engelestedter, both of Highland Park; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen. Interment
was in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen.
JEAN R. ROEHNER CONDREN, 77, of Old Bridge died Dec. 17 in Carriage House Manor, Sayreville. Her husband, Thomas W. Condren, died in 1995. Surviving are a son, William Blake of South Dakota; a stepson, Joseph Condren of Lakewood; a daughter, Diane Poris of Old Bridge; a sister, Betty Timm of Sparta; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services are planned for Dec. 20 at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Interment
will follow in Forest Green Park Cemetery, Morganville section of Marlboro.
ANN MORDAS HELUK, 85, of South River died July 11 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Her husband, Edward, died in 1998. Surviving are a son, Gary Heluk of South River; two daughters, Linda Wood, with whom she lived, and Vivian Mazzola of San Diego, Calif.; and a grandson. was in the church cemetery.
TEREZA SCHLESINGER LAUFER, 86, of East Brunswick died July 10 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her husband, Ladislav Laufer, died in 1963. Surviving are a daughter, Mira Haas of East Brunswick; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. ALVIN I. BLOOM, 64, of East Brunswick died July 14 in Cedar Oaks Care Center, South Plainfield. He was the owner and operator of RABC Enterprises, East Brunswick. His wife, Rita Kahn Bloom, died in 2000, and a son, Stephen Bloom, died in 1991. Surviving are a son, Joel of Baltimore; a sister, Michelle Erlich of California; and several nieces and nephews. STEPHEN SAHLI, 72, of Spotswood died July 10 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Ann Venskus Sahli; a son, Mark Sahli of East Brunswick; two daughters, Jennifer Strickland of Clifton and Joanne Donahue of Spotswood; a brother, George Sahli; five sisters, Anne Jackowski, Julia Puzig, Rose Geiske, Dorothy Wodjewodski and Eva Russo; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Toms River section of Dover.
ROBERT E. MAYER, 45, of Spotswood died July 14 at home. Surviving are his wife, Andrea Gumm Mayer; a daughter, Kate Mayer; three sons, Michael Mayer, Matthew Mayer and Joshua Mayer; his parents, Muriel and Edward Mayer of Florida; and two sisters, Ginny Mayer of Scranton, Pa. and Lynn Trainer of Florida.
