HARRY E. KOTOFF, 79, of Old Bridge died Oct. 30 in Old Bridge Manor. Surviving are his wife, Isabel Sorando Kotoff; a son, William of Old Bridge; two daughters, Carol Frenkian of Old Bridge and Kristine Kotoff of Freehold; a brother, Alex of the Leonardo section of Middletown; a sister, Theresa Criscola of Jackson Heights, N.Y.; and six grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment
was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover.
LESTER D. YUENGEL, 64, of Old Bridge died Oct. 29 at home. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine Powers Yuengel; two sons, Glen of the Toms River section of Dover and Scott of Gripton, S.C.; two daughters, Leslie of Old Bridge and Kelly Ploch of Toms River; three brothers, Fredrick of the Millington, section of Passaic; Robert of Westfield and Warren of Florida; and three grandchildren. Services were held at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, Old Bridge. Cremation was private.
WILLIAM J. MANION, 78, of the Morgan section of Sayreville died Oct. 24 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. His wife, Muriel Kohler Manion, died in 1988. Surviving are two sons, Robert of Morgan and Keith of South Amboy; a daughter, Denise Travers of Sayreville; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy.
MICHAEL E. PULASKI, 49, of Old Bridge died Oct. 30 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Surviving are his parents, Ted and Marion Pulaski of Lakehurst; a daughter, Melanie Ann Pulaski of Thompson, N.D.; two sons, Michael S. Pulaski and Matthew D. Pulaski, both of Old Bridge; four sisters, Marjorie Doscher of South Brunswick, Carol Naventierri of the Toms River section of Dover, Marion Koval of the Brick and Sharon Pulaski of Helmetta; three brothers, Ted Pulaski of Toms River, Leo Pulaski of the Forked River section of Lacey and Kenneth Pulaski of Lakehurst; his former wife, Linda Soden; his girlfriend, Gerri O’Brien; and several nephews and nieces. Services were held at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
GEORGE W. ANDERSON JR., 76, of Old Bridge died Oct. 27 in Madison Center, Old Bridge. His wife, Julia Anderson, died in 1992. Surviving are two daughters, Florence Drake of Victoria, Texas and Judith McGrogan of Union Beach; two sons, George W. Anderson III of Union Beach and Walter Anderson of Hazlet; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were held at Day Funeral Home, Keyport. Interment
was in Forest Green Park Cemetery, Morganville section of Marlboro.
JEAN DONNELLY AYALA, 49, of Sayreville died Oct. 27 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are a son, Daniel Ayala Jr. of North Bergen; two daughters, Jennifer Ayala of Jersey City and Davina Viola of Woodbridge; four brothers, Kenneth Donnelly of Keansburg, Thomas Donnelly of Jersey City, John Donnelly of Manalapan and Martin Donnelly of Keyport; two sisters, Margaret Carroll of South River and Theresa Flynn of Keansburg; eight grandchildren; and her companion, Arthur Buckel of Sayreville. Arrangements were under the direction of Gundrum Service Home for Funerals, South Amboy. Cremation was private.
FRANK V. BALDASARE, 89, of Sayreville died Oct. 22 in Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. His wife, Katherine, died in May. Surviving are three sons, James of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, Frank of Tarrytown, N.Y., and William of Sayreville; a sister, Fay Gagliardi of Long Island, N.Y.; and eight grandchildren. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin section of Sayreville.
ROBERT F. BRACALONI, 46, of Spotswood died Oct. 25 at home. Surviving are his wife, Debra Szyszkiewicz Bracaloni; a son, Robert of Spotswood; two daughters, Nicole Bracaloni of Edison and Jessica Bracaloni of Spotswood; his parents, Frank and Santa Bracaloni of Spotswood; and two grandchildren. MADELINE V. GRAY CANASTRA, 90, of North Brunswick died Oct. 24 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was raised in Ireland until 1931, and resided in North Brunswick since 1940. She was a nursing assistant at JFK Medical Center, Edison, retiring in 1982. She was a communicant of St. Mary of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, New Brunswick, as well as a member of its CYO. She was also a member of the North Brunswick Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by her daughter, Gwen Lombardo of North Brunswick; two sons, Donald Canastra of Milltown, and Wayne Canastra of South Orange; and seven grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Mary of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, New Brunswick. Interment
was at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
EDWARD F. CREAMER, 72, of Sayreville died Oct. 27 at home. His companion, Betty Turi, died in 1993. Surviving are a sister, Marie Fedor of Sayreville; two stepdaughters, Carol Specht and Marie O’Connor of North Brunswick; a stepson, Ronald Turi of Manville; five nephews, Gary, Kenneth and Robert Fedor and William and James Creamer; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
