COLONIE - Jerome Seaman, 90, of Winners Circle, died Friday at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.
Born in Schenectady, Mr. Seaman was a longtime resident.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Seaman, and a son, David Seaman of Colonie.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Congregation Gates of Heaven, Schenectady.
Arrangements are by Levine Funeral Home, Albany.

Services slated for Paul Knauf
SCOTIA - Services have been set for Paul R. Knauf, who died Tuesday at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady after being stricken.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Margaret Mary Church, Homestead Street, Albany.

Sumayah Romeo
SCHENECTADY - Mrs. Sumayah L. Romeo, 93, formerly of Davis Terrace, died Friday at Ellis Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Tripoli, Syria, Mrs. Romeo lived most of her life in the Schenectady area.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Romeo was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Schenectady.
She was the widow of Charles Romeo.
Survivors include a daughter, Ann-Marie Romeo of Schenectady; a brother, Edmund Gorab of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sisters, Effie Norton of Virginia Beach, Va., and Tess Grubbs of Rockville, Md.; and two grandchildren.
The service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Bond Funeral Home, Broadway at Guilderland Avenue. A calling hour will precede the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie.

Vivian Smith
SCOTIA - Mrs. Vivian Gowie Smith, 81, of the Baptist Health Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Latham and Bradenton, Fla., died Friday at the center after a long illness.
Born in Rensselaer, Mrs. Smith was a lifelong area resident.
She was a Methodist.
Her husband, Thomas C. Smith, whom she married March 4, 1943, died in 1990.
Survivors include two sons, Richard A. Smith of Schenectady and Roger L. Smith of West Chester, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
There are no calling hours.
Cremation will take place at Park View Crematory in Schenectady.
Burial, at a later date, will be in Bloomingrove Cemetery in Defreestville.
Arrangements are by Light's Funeral Home of Schenectady.

William N. Harrigan
BALLSTON SPA - William N. Harrigan, 43, of Lewis Road, died Thursday at Saratoga Hospital.
Mr. Harrigan was born in Niskayuna and moved to Ballston Spa in 1989.
He served in the Army.
Mr. Harrigan worked for Price Chopper in Saratoga Springs.
He attended Malta Ridge United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Harrigan; a son, William Harrigan of Ballston Spa; a daughter, Eileen Harrigan of Ballston Spa; his parents, Matthew Harrigan of Schenectady and Marilyn Harrigan of Menands; a brother, David Harrigan of Duanesburg; and a sister, Linda Santagato of Mechanicville.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Armer Funeral Home, 39 E. High St. Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until the service Monday at the funeral home.
Burial, with full military honors, will be in Saratoga National Cemetery.

Zevart Alajajian
GLENMONT - Mrs. Zevart Guleserian Alajajian, 63, of Winne Place, died Friday at Villa Mary Immaculate in Albany after a long illness.
Mrs. Alajajian was born in Aleppo, Syria.
She came to the United States in 1971 and settled in Watervliet. She lived in Watervliet and Troy until 1978 when she moved to Pasadena, Calif. She returned to the Capital Region in September.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Alajajian was active in the church choir, taught Sunday school and attended Bible study at a church in California.
Survivors include a daughter, Talin Markarian of Troy; two sisters, Violet Karian of Glenmont and Nectar Derian of Glenmont; and a brother, Sarkis Guleserian of Loudonville.
Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Bryce Funeral Home, corner of Pawling at Maple Avenue, Troy, and at 11 at St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church in Watervliet.
Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.

Jacqueline Michaud
HELOTES, Texas - Mrs. Jacqueline Levesque Michaud, 62, of Reyers Canyons, died Sunday at home after being stricken.
Mrs. Michaud was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick. She lived in the East Greenbush and Castleton areas from 1968 until last year when she moved to Texas.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Michaud was the widow of Ronald N. Michaud.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Kiefer of Helotes and Diane Brady of Stillwater; two brothers, Norman Levesque of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Jean Levesque of Westbrook, Maine; a sister, Charlene Bell of Harbor City, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Ave., Rensselaer, and at 9:30 at St. Mary's Church, Clinton Heights, where the liturgy of Christian burial will be celebrated.
Calling hours are 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in East Greenbush.

Lorraine Sgroi
NISKAYUNA - Mrs. Lorraine York Sgroi, 72, of Knolls Road, died Thursday at Ellis Hospital after a long illness.
Born and educated in Ballston Spa, Mrs. Sgroi was a lifelong area resident.
She was a self-employed accountant for 30 years, retiring in 1990.
Mrs. Sgroi was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Schenectady.
Survivors include her mother, Martha Ketchem of Ballston Spa; a son, John Sgroi of Rotterdam; a daughter, Carol Snyder of Selkirk; two sisters, Carol Wicks of Schenectady and Marlene Pastore of Ballston Spa; seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 this morning at Park View Cemetery in Schenectady.
There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Baxter-Andrew Funeral Home in Schenectady.

Wayne Hebert
COHOES - Wayne Francis Hebert, 54, of Cohoes, died Thursday after a short illness.
Born in Cohoes, Mr. Hebert was a lifelong area resident.
He was a handyman for Courts Laundrymat and was a carrier for The Record newspaper. Mr. Hebert was a deliveryman for the Meals on Wheels program for the Cohoes Senior Citizens.
Mr. Hebert was a member of the Cohoes Moose Lodge 1332, The Second Degree and Moose Legion 16.
He was the widower of Madeline Hebert.
Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Stone of Broadalbin, Michelle Maloney of Cohoes and Jodie Gamble of Schenectady; three sons, Wayne and Joseph Hebert, both of Cohoes, and Edward Gamble of Watervliet; his mother, June Taylor Hebert of Cohoes; three sisters, Gail Hebert of Waterford, Penny Reynolds and Pam Hebert, both of Cohoes; four brothers, Earl Hebert of Pleasantdale, Thomas Hebert of Cohoes, Gary Hebert Sr. of Latham and Jack Hebert of Waterford; and 15 grandchildren.
The services will be held at 8:45 a.m. Monday at the Marra Funeral Home, 246 Remsen St., and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church.
Calling hours will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, during which members of the Moose lodge will meet at 7:30.
Burial will be in Waterford Rural Cemetery.

Ruth Dodge Barber, Sch'dy Bowling Hall of Fame, 80
ROTTERDAM - Mrs. Ruth Dodge Barber, who was inducted into the Schenectady Bowling Hall of Fame in 1993, died Monday at Ellis Hospital as a result of cancer. Mr. Barber, of Arbor Avenue, was 80.
Born in Troy, Mrs. Barber was a graduate of Scotia High School.
She worked for the H.S. Barney Co. in Schenectady during the 1940s and was a secretary for the Golub Corp. in Rotterdam until retiring in 1984.
Mrs. Barber was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church.
She bowled for more than 60 years and was a member emeritus of the Schenectady-Scotia Women's Bowling Association. She was a life member of the Women's International Bowling Congress and a member of the New York State Women's 500 Club. She was named Secretary of the Year for the 1990-91 season. Mrs. Barber was a member of the Fisher Home Bureau in Rotterdam and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Scotia for 67 years.
Her husband of 59 years, Elmer A. Barber, died in April.
Survivors include two sons, Bruce A. Barber of Hampton, Va., and David K. Barber of Medford, Long Island; two daughters, Cindi Palmatier of Rock City Falls and Judith Gravell of Gloversville; two brothers, John L. Dodge of Scotia and Henry Dodge of Schenectady; a sister, Electa Utermark of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
The service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. Friday until the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Schenectady Memorial Park.
