Bromeley, Robert B., 90, of Bradford, PA, died May 11, 2000 in his home.
He was born Feb. 8. 1910 in Chicago, the son of Bruce W. and Annie Crouch Bromeley.
Surviving are his wife, Marian Grow Bromeley, whom he married Oct. 19, 1929; a daughter, Catherine B. Daggett, and a son, Thomas R. Bromeley.
Willibey, Helen, 76, of Conewango Valley, died May 15, 2000.
She was born April 26, 1924, in Great Valley, the daughter of Clarence Edna Oldro Willsie, Sr.
Surviving are two daughters: Phyllis Phyllis H. Weaver and Patricia Patricia A. Willibey-Marowski; two sisters: Mary Town and Marie Seager; two brothers: Sumner Willsie and Clarence "Jay" Willsie.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Willibey, whom she married Dec. 29, 1945 and who died Oct. 23, 1984; and two sisters: Ruby Watkins and Margery Groves.
Burial was in the Rutledge Cemetery, Conewango.
Spinler, Robert W., 51, of Randolph, died May 15, 2000.
He was born Aug. 29, 1948 in Jamestown, the son of Elizabeth Straight Spinler and the late Charles Spinler.
Surviving are his mother; his wife of 29 years, Hazel Chase Spinler, whom he married Nov. 7, 1970; two sons: Robert A. and Rodney L. Spinler; a daughter, Bethany Spinler; a brother, Albert Spinler; and three sisters: Darlene Spinler, Carol Sullivan, and Barbara Goodwill.
Burial was in Myrtle Cemetery, Clarks Corners.
Juline, Richard W., 85, of Stanton CA., died May 12, 2000.
He was born March 22, 1915 in Warren.
Surviving are three daughters: Annette Bennett, Kathryn Miller, and Jane Chester; a son, Jeffrey Juline; a brother: Edward Juline; and a sister: Jane Bickner.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Juline, who died December 1999.
Farrell, Alice Mildred Jolley, 77, of Jamestown, died May 16, 2000.
She was born Feb. 19, 1923, a daughter of Thomas R. and Mildred Freeman Jolley.
Surviving are two daughters: Alice Mae Hollowell and Linda Shields; a son, Terry LaBarte; and a sister, Barbara Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Farrell, whom she married July 16, 1955 and who died Dec. 14, 1982.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

He was born Jan. 1, 1928 in Jamestown, the son of Edgar and Lily Lofgren Carlson.
Surviving are his wife: Dolores Eckert; a son: Jon Carlson; a daughter: Deborah Siggins; and a brother: Kenneth Carlson.
Link, Harold Earle, 70, formerly of Falconer, and Jamestown, died May 12, 2000 in Ogden, UT.
He was born Jan. 5, 1930 in Falconer, the son of Harry Earle and Carra Louise Kleine Link.
Surviving are his wife, Lois Jean Gardner Link; a daughter: Lorelei Kae Madsen; a son: Ryan Earle Link.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Louise Forrest.
Burial was in Ogden, UT.
Kelley, Alice J., 70, of Stockton, died May 14, 2000 in Gerry.
She was born May 18, 1929 in Buffalo, the daughter of the late Charles and Alice Gleadhill Swift.
Surviving are her husband, Marshall Kelley, whom she married April 23, 1949; two daughters: Maureen Schafer and Bronwyn Goot.
She was preceded in death by a son: Randall Kelley; three brothers: Sidney, Al Charles and Gerald Swift; and a sister: Daisy Hoag.
Goodwill, Robert J., 18, of Jamestown, died May 13, 2000.
He was born March 23, 1982 in Dunkirk, a son of Joseph A. Goodwill and Tammy Whitcomb.
Besides his parents, surviving are a brother, Randall Goodwin; and two sisters: Rebecca and Chelsea Goodwill.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
LaLonde, Howard E., 85, of Jamestown, died May 15, 2000.
He was born July 30, 1914, a son of Lewis and Pearl Reed LaLonde.
Surviving are three sons: Thomas H., Louis R., and Howard E., Jr.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Adele M. Hegstedt, whom he married Oct. 12, 1940 and who died Aug. 9, 1982; and two sisters: Edna L. Cornell and Ruth H. Hallstrom.
Kelsey, Blanche W., 100, of Youngsville, died May 13, 2000.
She was born Oct. 5, 1899, the daughter of Fred and Cynthia White Beebe.
Surviving are two daughters: Marjorie Mourer and Winifred Heidrick; and a son, Merlin Kelsey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kelsey; a sister, Lucille Leafstrom; and four brothers: Keith, Burdette, Alfred, and Dale Beebe.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard K. Samuelson, whom she married Dec. 7, 1962 and who died Sept. 6, 1989; and by a sister, Madeline Karwick.
Burial was in the Allen Cemetery.

She was born Dec. 7, 1913 in Mansfield, PA, the daughter of Orin and Nellie Colby Rarick.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Donald W. Smith, who died June 27, 1965; a brother, Gordon Rarick; and a sister: Virgileen Parker.
