Nelson, Albert E., 94, formerly of Kiantone, died Feb. 6, 2000. He was born Feb. 6, 1906, the son of Carl and Augusta Hanson Nelson. Shailer, Elaine Rheinwald, of Chapel Hill, SC, died Feb. 3, 2000. She was born July 21, 1921, the daughter of John and Leona Glock Rheinwald. Surviving are her husband, Lawrence L. Shailer; a son, John Lawrence Shailer; and two daughters: Kathryn Hanson and Barbara Bumsted.
